I didn’t like that staff entered at 930 am when checkout is 11.

The location is fine but there is nothing decent about the hotel itself

Very old and rundown and poorly maintained. The room is extremely smelly and carpet is peeling off everywhere. I had to leave the window open through the whole time and nights. Had to hold my breath as soon as I walked into the building until I got into the room and opened the window. Can’t believe they would charge the hotel by over $100 per night. Definitely not worth the money. Can’t believe this is hotel next to Albany airport. It’s even worse than a small motel in countryside.

It was convenient for the purpose we needed it for. Close by to the places we needed to go. The room was a nice big size. They changed the towels and through out the garbage from the bathroom. Parking is right there nearby.

Things were being fixed or renovated. No one comes to do you bed. After cleaning the bathroom there were fruit flies there. You can easily hear the Neighbors at night.

I didn’t like anything about the place.

Room was run down, the headboard was broke and the toilet handle was broke. I was suppose to have king size suite but with all that they moved me to a very small queen room for the same price. No ice machine no nothing.

Room is big

No clean, few people was noisy on down floor until 3 am .bad smells, breakfast just 2 items no hot items.

The location

The property is dirty and outdated You should really put on the website it's a hotel that people live. Put the carpets are old and dirty, the doors are lock properly. This was a bad thing 😭

Front desk person was very friendly and efficient with check in.

Room was dirty. Window didn’t lock , nor the door. Lamp shade should be thrown away. Bathroom could use major caulking and deep cleaning. I booked hotel with a shuttle option that was not.

Absolutely nothing.

We booked a king suite. Got there, took forever to check in, went to our room, two double beds. Had to go back to desk - they said no king suites because the one they had had a leak. One?! So they said we.could cancel and get our money back or stay, and they wouldnt charge us extra for the double beds. Not sure how they thought they were doing us a favor not charging us extra. The hotel wasn't air conditioned, so hot. The room ac worked. That was the only good part. Everything was filthy. Random people hanging out in parking lot. The fridge didn't work. Random people sitting in hallway outside our room. Public bathroom had bugs. Shower curtain in room didn't close because bar was so bent. So half the shower was wide open, water got everywhere. Checkout should be simple - most places don't even want your card back and you just leave. Not here. We had to go to the desk. We said we were checking out and stood there for about 3 minutes while she typed away not really saying anything. The whole experience was just awful. I felt like I needed to be disinfected after being there. Quality Inn headquarters should really do a site visit and whip that place into shape.
