Everything. The hotel smelled bad. The room was filthy there was stale popcorn in and under the couch, wrappers on the floor, fridge was dirty and smelled bad. Sheets on the bed were stained, stains all over the carpet and couch, pool was green and the girls broke out in hives. When I tried to get extra towels so they could shower off the chemicals I was told they didn’t have any. Shampoo bottles all had mold. We left and did not spend the night and told I’m sorry no refund for a room we didn’t even use.

We had everything needed available and breakfast always a plus

Sleep couch mattress was stained, and old needs to be replaced. We asked for extra comforters to be able to use it. All spring where bad.

Never ate never gave us a room even with a confirmation number

Staff didn’t care

absolutely nothing. couldn’t check in on time because the room wasn’t ready. waited in the lobby with all of our kids, listening to the two miserable workers fighting and cursing at each other with children present everywhere. NO towels in the pool area. called room service to get more towels for the room, was told WE DON’T HAVE ANY, click, hung up. this place was absolutely terrible all around, but mainly the absolutely rude staff.

rude staff who were cursing and fighting with each other in front of all of our children. no towels in pool, no towels available for our room. we didn’t have enough for everyone to even shower once. requested a crib, wasn’t granted. I wouldn’t pay $10 to stay here again.

The room was comfortable for just one night, I didn’t expect much for the price so I was satisfied. Also the Included breakfast was a bonus. The receptionist when checking in was super nice and super kind. For one night it was passable

The manager could’ve been nicer. She seemed like she hated her job very much and was rather rude. The cleanliness could’ve been better as well among other things.

The location is good its near alot

I booked a king size suite, so naturally thats what i expected to get bit when I got there I was given a room with 2 double beds wich is cheaper then the king suite and when I mentioned it they said it's the same but when you look it up it was like at least $20 a night cheaper I don't understand how if you book a SPECIFIC room they can just give u a different one all of absudden this is why you book rooms so you can have the room you want the room you BOOKED what is the point of a reservation if you aren't getting what you paid for? And the room was dirty there was stains on the sheet I won't be going back to this hotel, the mocrotel down the road was better then this place and that's saying ALOT

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was immaculately clean and a good size. Beds were very comfortable. The hotel was quiet even at full capacity for the night.

Breakfast room was way too hectic to eat in there-- nowhere to sit, kids running everywhere and screaming. Maybe extending the breakfast hours would help to even out the crowd.
