The suite was perfect for our needs and the bed was really comfortable.

We had to turn off the Heating/AC due to the noise it made and the inconsistency of it. The cost of a bottle of soda cost 5 dollars and food on the menu was very high. 20$ for a pizza that was not very big as well as 24 for hamburger.

Large rooms, close to the Logan airport, easy to get to off the Massachusetts turnpike

The reception area was poor. I think the hotel could do really well with a better reception area and vibe, and could draw a much better crowd with increased pricing!

The room was huge I believe they upgraded us. Clean and comfortable . Warm chocolate chip cookies upon arrival was a nice touch.

Room was warmer than we like and we couldn’t lower the heat below a certain temperature… but that was our preference.

parking is a bit expensive, should give the hotel guest a free parking then can attract more guests come to stay.

The restaurant in Level 3 running late to 11 O clock. There are a group of people made a lot of noise until 1130! That really annoy and interrupt the rest for the whole building.

The hotel is lovely and it is great for kids as there is a pool and across the bridge a huge playground and a Wholefoods. It also has a great shuttle service into Downtown so you can base yourself here even if you want to go downtown. We ended up having to call 911 for my son and they were super helpful in that emergency situation (that was unrelated to the hotel). Would definitely recommend!

Very clean and spacious room over looking the Charles. Loved the attached parking garage, fitness center and rooftop restaurant.

The pool. Small, crowded, would be great if it was outdoors.

1. Receptionist was rude and not nice or comprehensive 2. The room with the view is not truthful. My room has a view to a tree! 3. The water in the room didn’t have pressure enough.

It is a nice hotel, as you would expect of anyone of this category: not luxurious but good to spend a night. Staff is super friendly. Unfortunately, this time I got a room near the elevator and was constantly awakened by the noise.
