The location was beautiful

Poor Parking facilities for staying guests had to park on the main road late at night and walk back to the hotel not enough parking stall for paying guests when events are happening at the hotel!!

comfy, beautiful, amazing

Lovely building, stylish and super clean. Restaurant was airy with a great view and the food was excellent.

Rooms, although clean and comfortable, had very little pizzaz. We really don’t need a TV in the bathroom….would prefer a walk-in shower rather than ordinary bath/shower combo. Closed-door toilet was nice though. The coffee and tea options in the room was decidedly skimpy and the paper cups were a cheap touch.

we loved our stay, the room and the whole place was very clean, very friendly staff and the restaurant has great food. Would like to see some smaller meals/appies on the menu.

Coffee/snack bar wasn't open for either of mornings we were there! Pub was't open for one of the evenings. This information should be communicated to guests so they can make other arrangements. Hot tub was unsanitary!

Views, location, style, amenities, facilities, restaurant, cafe etc. the main areas and lobby’s, pool, all fantastic. what a stunning property on the water front. walked down to the docks and were entertained by seals. lovely grounds and gardens. outside lounging with fire pits. we thoroughly enjoyed it.

only issue we had was the fridge in our room King standard room wasn’t working. it couldn’t be fixed nor replaced it and we had milk for our kids. room was pretty basic and old, could def use a refresh and better mattress. there’s only 1 elevator and it takes forever.

Thought there was a bigger area of grass / walking trails nearby or on the property. Very little area for the dogs

Surprised not to have robes in the room. water pressure in bathroom sink was terrible (luckily shower was great)

Staff weren't that helpful or accommodating. Staff didn't step in when a wedding party disturbed guest from 2 to 4:30 in the morning. We had party members knocking on our door at 3:30 in the morning and had groups of people in the hallways yelling and partying till 4:30 in the morning. I am here dealing with my mothers funeral. Haven't slept in 3 days.Yes people want to party and have fun but the lack of respect for any other guests sucks.

Our daughter enjoyed the pool.

I requested a certain room and it wasn’t the one, still worked. We couldn’t find the breakfast and the little cafe was closed. When it was open they couldn’t get the machine to work and the poor man couldn’t get anything to work. The spa was closed , we couldn’t get a reservation so we were stuck ordering room service. We felt the food was over priced for what we got.

it was a lovely property with good restaurants. Rooms were spacious and very sound proof. The staff was excellent and very accommodating.

The fan in one room couldn’t be turned off. The hot tub jets weren’t working on our visit. Also, robes in the rooms would be nice instead of having to go to the front desk to access them.

we paid for a water view very disappointed had to stand up to look at the water our idea was to sit and look paid a premium for this

The room had an amazing view, and a great wrap-around deck. Both the restaurant and pub were fabulous.

The pool and hot tub were both quite cloudy - need better attention to the cleaning I think. The people above us were stomping around like a herd of elephants in the mornings

Great restaurant on site and bar! Waterfront property, very peaceful and pretty.

Easy parking, very dog friendly, spacious clean rooms, on the water for lovely short walks.

Nice place for summer stay. Modern Colonial architecture makes it unique looking.
