Great place to stay!! Breakfast is always good and HoT!!

Only thing that I wish is that they weren't doing painting or spraying that they were doing it had an awful smell and I had to stay in my room for most of the day that day Side note next time let people know that they can ask for certain items for breakfast I love bacon and was so upbut that I found out the last day that I just could have had plates and plates of it from the omelet guy. Lol

The pool was spacious. Check in was easy.

The areas surrounding pool were rarely cleaned. Trash was accumulated every, the bins were full and not emptied. The men's restroom nearest to pool appeared to never be cleaned, smelled like urine and water was on floor. This actually led to a slip accident in which one of my guests was drenched in urine and water. We were in pool for over 8 hours and not once the restroom was cleaned and no sign of any kind demonstrating slip. Management was aware of faulty restroom and it wasn't until the accident happened that a sign was placed.

Breakfast wasn’t nice, reception people were not friendly at all, they didn’t even smile. They have eus a room next to the renovation spot and that we as annoying in the morning.

The staff was very nice, the lobby was clean and smelled great.

You have to pay for parking at a hotel you’re already paying to stay at. The bathroom door didn’t close, the A/C didn’t get very cold, the furniture has stains and rips, the pool was hot, the breakfast set up was all over the place.

Location, breakfast in the morning was absolutely good. all you can eat,staff was very friendly highly recommend

Breakfast was excellent!!!! The hotel is located close to parks and many restaurants. The hotel is clean, the room is spacious.

Love the fun activities for the kids. Evening reception every night was wonderful with music of all types. Location is great and shuttle service to parks

Only thing was our room key card would get disabled. Also, the shuttle not returning back from Magic Kingdom you would have to go to another park by bus then back to hotel.

Breakfast could have been better it was the same food every day and the one thing we liked they only had on the weekend. We also could not get channel 10 which was the superbowl in our room!!! We called front desk they said maintenance would be right there and no one came. Resort fee i would understand if it was a resort that came with resort amenities but it didn’t. So that fee was ridiculous as was the parking fee!!!!

Location

Breakfast needed variety, sausage scrambled eggs potatoes and pancakes every day. Maybe some cheese. Staff varied from pleasant to rude depending on the day.

Breakfast gets very crowded. they need more seating.

The location and staff were excellent, very courteous and accommodating! The breakfast was amazing especially the Mickey Mouse waffles!

Good location. very nice breakfast. pool ideal for children and adults. Close to parks and outlet mall.

Sometimes it’s hard to find a seat in the breakfast area as it gets very crowded
