When we arrived the owner couldn't find our reservation. He was rude and aggressive. I asked to see the room before paying, he said that I saw pictures on the website and had to pay first, wouldn't let me see the room otherwise. When I paid and then saw the room, it didn't look like the pictures. The floor was spongy and soft under the floor covering! The bathtub was an old ceramic tub covered in hairline cracks. The walls were cement block, even in the bathroom. This is a very old motel that has had no major upgrades since it was built ( probably 1950's). Still use a door key not a key card. Not acceptable. We left without staying. For $130.00 - should not be this bad.

it’s an older motel and the toilet in our room was wobbly but worked. Room was smaller than lots of motels but worked fine.

Great location, quiet place with friendly staff, very clean room

a bit outdated

It was quiet, conveniently located for us and clean. Although quite dated, it was very well maintained. Great view of the St. Lawrence River and the Long Sault Islands.

The room was a little cramped, so might be difficult for a disabled person. Also, we found the beds a bit lumpy and perhaps it’s time to consider new mattresses.

I loved everything about the stay and would like to thank you for you professionalism.
