The name of the hotel Hilton thought it was a good one and it was close to where the wedding that I was going to attend.

The manager was so rude and not professional and it was so noisy. I booked the room with two bed for 4 nights two months earlier. When I arrived to check in I was told that I do not have a reservation later they found it and told me there don’t have two bed room but a king bed with a roll away bed or they want to sent us to another hotel 20 mins away from the hotel that I initially booked two months.

I don’t think breakfast was included. No one said anything, although there seemed to be a buffet this morning when we left.

I thought checkout was 11am, but apparently it was noon (according to the rest of our party who also stayed there). It was the one night away from kids that we could sleep in. Housekeeping woke us at 9am. Pretty frustrating. But that was our only complaint.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. Plenty of luggage carts.

I wish breakfast was included but the facility was really quite nice.

Breakfast was not free as advertised. Outdated bathroom, stains on the tiles. Damage to the refrigerator. I expected high end room considering the name and price point.

It is good to know that your room is not cleaned during your stay. It did say that it can be requested, however. I requested this as we were going to need new towels and was greeted rather frostily. When I responded no problem, we could use towels only, the response was how many because the front desk person would likely have to bring them. I just think that if you say a service can be requested, it needs to be honored without giving the customer a hard time. We paid a lot for our stay!

The staff were friendly.

Looks are totally deceiving from the website. We asked about the bar if we could get a drink when we came in a Friday night, St Patrick's Day, mind you. They were not open on Fri night or Saturday night. But when we came back Saturday night, being with family all day for a funeral, we saw the bar open! As we were told that they wouldn't be.. When we come back to visit the family again, we most likely won't stay again. We had other room issues as well.
