Clean Friendly Attentive Economical

This is our go to hotel whenever we're in Chicago! The rooms are always super clean, the beds are always 10/10 comfortable, and we always feel safe leaving our loaded car in the parking lot. Breakfast never disappoints, the staff is super attentive and friendly, and there's a great tea and coffee selection.

The reservation got screwed up and even though booking.com shows our reservation was for 2 nights, the hotel has only 1 night and locked us out of our room. Both nights were billed separately and we had two different $100 holds that have still not cleared after several days. Several elevator buttons were cracked, elevators were slow. Couch in room had stains and carpet was very stained. The bed was creaky and VERY uncomfortable. The comforter on the bed was dirty. Very disappointed as we have stayed here in the past many times and never had a complaint.

Breakfast and Cleanning

First night walked into the room and the couch cushion had no liner on it. Just a cushion. Switched rooms. New room had zero soap Hair in the bed and in the bathroom.

The property was clean and comfortable.

No sitting area for outside lodging.

Hotel In Good area. Very good employees here in this hotel.

I was living in the 6th floor it’s very difficult to catch the WiFi. hope they can fix good Wi-Fi for each floor in the future. Breakfast can be better as a 3 star hotel.

The room is large, but the bathroom is too small. You have to stand in the corner to open the door. There’s a weird smell in the gym room. The Wi-Fi signal was bad.

AC is very noisy, we couldn't turn it on. Room is old, beds are not queen.

Very nice breakfast everyday, with a variety of options. Rooms were spacious and worked well for our family of 3. Excellent location to major roads and short drive to Woodfield. Pretty nice size pool (but...) All this for a really good price.

Room storage was lacking, furniture needs some updating (but maybe that's how the prices are low?) TV system was awful and really frustrating to use. Only one kids channel too. The pool also seemed like it needed some cleaning (compared to other hotel pools we've been). The awkward size and placement of the bathroom door was annoying. I get it was designed to be wheelchair accessible, but don't do that to every room.
