Work out room cold and small

The suite style rooms were pretty great. And each one had it's own bathroom which was super helpful.

We appreciated the hot breakfast. It had many options. My only complaints were that there was no water offered (like at all in the whole room). And, the corn beef hash was served without cooking it (as in mushy right from the can instead of cooked until crispy).

This was a great value and had plenty of room.

The breakfast was not that great! Compared to other hotel breakfasts there was not a lot to choose from.

1st time staying at a Sonesta, very nice set-up, would stay again if in the area.

Breakfast was wonderful! The room was clean and we were upgraded from a 1 bedroom suite to a 2 bedroom suite. Kitchenette with ice machine, full size fridge, room was quiet.

I had asked on the booking app in a note that I needed a floor on the first floor and when I arrive there was no room for us.

Everything about the facility exceeded my expectations. I would totally recommend this place to any of my friends. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. The 2 bedrooms were perfect.

I stayed in a 2 bedroom/2 bath suite. The accommodations were spacious. I liked the private entrances. The full size refrigerator and dishwasher were both utilized. Plenty of drawers and closet space for those that like to unpack their suitcase. Upon arrival my suite was stocked with towels, extra tp, and tissue boxes. The outdoor pool was closed, but it looked like it would be enjoyed by summertime guests. In addition, there was a basketball court and some outdoor grills. The Sonesta offers a quiet setting with plenty of restaurants and a mall nearby.

The furniture was a bit outdated, but that didn't really bother me. I prefer space over a modernized environment. The dining table in my suite was a bit wobbly, but still usable. The complimentary breakfast was mediocre at best. I was hoping for more of a selection of hot foods. The waffles were cold. I threw them out. However, something is better than nothing. I was happy with a cup of coffee.

Room was nice, clean enough. I like having a private entrance.

Staff was absolutely awful. I booked thru a third party (Booking.com), I'm not sure where this review goes but I requested a late checkout and it was personally approved by someone at the hotel PRIOR TO MY CHECK-IN DATE. Everything was fine until around 10am the day of checkout, they called my cell phone three times, then continuously called the room until my fiance jumped off his conference call and entertained them. When I told them that my late checkout was approved the woman was nasty with me, accused me of lying, and said "Yeah no. Who did you say approved that? We don't do that here." I told her calmly that Booking.com didn't provide that information and she once again told me I was LOOKING AT MY RESERVATION WRONG. I told her politely, assuming she was stressed, that I'd be happy to start packing my items bit would stop by the front desk on my way out to show her the discrepancy, she said that was fine. They continued to contact us 4 more times within a half hour, via my cell phone. Final straw? The manager banging on the room door and then accusing my fiance of SMOKING IN THE ROOM. I know the gentleman below us was smoking OUTSIDE, next to an ASHTRAY, but she also demanded to see my reservation, I obliged. I was right. She wasn't apologetic. She thanked me for bringing it to her attention and said basically it was a mistake, that we still had to get going, she could obviously see we were packed as my fiance was scrambling past her to get OUT OF THERE and it was just really disappointing. Could've been handled politely or even professionally and yet we were made to feel less than, stupid, unwelcome and embarrassed. Not to mention disrespected. I think that everyone at this location could do with some retraining in the guests interactions department. Shame, too, because my fiance and I truly loved the room. I wish we didn't feel humiliated for wanting to enjoy the facilities a little longer.

Perfect for our blended family with two teenagers to spread out a bit and be able to close doors. Free breakfast was a great perk too
