Gym is to small

It was very clean and the staff was very friendly

The location was not so ideal to visit Boston but we knew that when we booked the hotel

The place does not know how to issue a receipt, took me ubeleivable amount of time and effort to get one. kept insisting it should be booking, it wasnt!

Front desk staff were amazing and so very helpful!!

During our 4 night stay, no one came to clean our room until we left. So we needed to take out our garbage, track down more garbage bags ourselves and ask for towels.

It was one night, near family. It met our needs. Easy to get to. Couldn't have been more accommodating. If I'm every back in the area, this will be one of my top choices.

Everything was great. No complaints, no issues, no problems.

Updated and clean

The property seems to be undergoing renovations. We came on the weekend so we had no problems with noise. The room was clean and seemed updated. Only the tub seemed like it needed to be replaced. The staff was good and the breakfast was decent.

We had an issue with the toilet as if the water pressure was low. But the staff sent someone and it was fixed quickly.

We arrived late after a long drive.The lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Wish I could remember her name. Breakfast was the standard hotel selfserve breakfast. Coffee was good. Room was quite large with 2 beds that were very comfortable. Hotel is in a very quiet location and easy to get to off the main road.

Staff was friendly and the rooms were ok

Prefab breakfast, barely anything healthy, plastic plates and plastic cutlery.

under construction and we were not informed at reservation. the bed was horrible and did not fit on the platform frame. it made large noises. the room was in the top floor which was stripped of carpeting and gutted. we stay here all the time and prices have increased substantially and the room was in very poor shape. we have never seen the rooms in such bad shape. and why we were placed onto a gutted floor.

Great hotel, has a big and comfortable room, a fair breakfast, and very friendly staff.

The only problem is not enough ventilation in the room - the windows can't be opened and there is not enough fresh air in the room

Location was great. Easy in and out. Included breakfast was excellent.

Ice machine on our floor was out of order. Power window shades (handicap room feature) one was broken. Only one chair in room.

Room location was nice.

Room carpet was dirty and stained. Bathroom towel holder coming off wall. Bathroom door handle coming off. Water leak coming through bathroom ceiling and light fixture. Bathroom floor was flooded. Maintenance responded to my call and said they had to go to the room above and would be back. I waited until 1:00 am and no one came back to clean up bathroom floor. There is also mold in tile caulking in the bathroom.
