Cold water in the swimming pool.

Self-service breakfast was exceptional with a variety of options to choose from. My son enjoyed making his own waffles in the waffle iron and I enjoyed the multiple coffee options. A big and welcoming dining area was also available. We really enjoyed our stay as we usually do at all Hampton Inn & Suites.
My reservation was confirmed through booking.com and somehow did not go through to the hotel. I did have to call customer service to resolve the issue, because I did not want to get double charged. The staff at the hotel we extremely helpful throughout my trouble shooting and we were able to work it out. I was very grateful for both customer service through the app and the staff at the hotel. The pool was also unavailable, but it wasn't a big deal for us.

I would not stay here anytime. The staff is not responsive.
I made a small mistake in Booking. I tried to call a few times, Booking.com tried to call but they were not responsive and I had to lose the booking.

Location was a little bit tucked away but grew on me quickly as just a short drive/uber to a lot of things to do. They also have a shuttle but didn't use.
I ended up extending my stay an additional staff/Sabrina was incredibly polite and helpful. They have a wonderful HOT breakfast and nice dinning area. Also enjoyed the patio area. Will absolutely stay again

Found a Spyder captured and handed to them the front desk guy act like it was Normal and he will let the manager knows after I’ve showed him the whole video still didn’t care smh🤦🏻♂️

The hotel was so clean and comfortable
For the breakfast: many people are not eating pork. but, they would eat eggs and potatoes. However, they are all sharing the same chafing dish. It would be better to separate each one

They were very nice and did an amazing job of picking me up from the airport. Amazing kind staff and I was very happy to stay at this hotel for one night. Both guys taking me to and from Dulles were fantastic.

The shuttle service was great, the driver was very polite and respectful.
The breakfast was more than we expected, there were many options for both drinks and food.
The room size was good and we liked that there was a microwave available.
We did not like the temperature of the pool.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable as we've come to expect at Hampton Inns. This location is tucked away in a park like setting away from noise and traffic. We thought it was surprisingly affordable considering it's close proximity to Dulles. Friendly staff and exceptional breakfast.
We always request a room on the ground floor at Hampton Inns, but never have gotten one. Our room was on the 5th floor this stay.

spacious comfortable room, free airport shuttle, very good breakfast - basically, all you may need for a short stay in between trips from the airport like I had - but also good for long stays if you have a car, location is a bit tricky without it. room is equipped with all you may need

Staff was wonderful. We had a group of 11 and the Hotel shuttle took us to our competition event and to the airport. Definitely would stay here again.
