Everything about our stay met my expectations. Our stay was short as a stop over on route to elsewhere, great pet friendly option. Service from Randy at reception was excellent . It was abnormally cold that night and there was a large truck needing to plug in and also run the trailer part through the night to avoid goods freezing . It was very loud and in close proximity to our room but a quick phone call to Randy and within 20 minutes he had found an alternate location for the gentleman to park and plug in and it was completely out of ear shot . Also appreciated no size limit of dogs and only charged 1 pet fee even though I disclosed I was travelling with 2. Very much appreciated!

If I were staying for longer the beds could be upgraded but for a 1 night quick stay it did us just fine!

Really nice comfortable room

The owner was willing to accommodate my late arrival at the motel, my need for a non smoking room, and to provide a kettle and cup for tea. The motel was one of the closer ones to the airport (important for me after a long day and arriving late at night). I found my room was quiet, there was parking, the room was warm and the bed comfortable. There was no shortage of hot water and a hairdryer

The front desk fella is very nice.The bed was comfortable. The property was decent but nothing overly appealing. Best part was the comfy bed. Tim Hortons , Walmart, and Superstore across the road. Very convenient. Good info at the front desk.

The Wifi is spotty

Booked online, but rarely checks the online booking so didn't know I had a reservation. The room presented a strong unpleasant odour, so I didn't place my belongings in the room for several hours. I left the door to the room open to help air out the smell. I had the owner experience the odour and he didn't know what it was. The owner was to spray (mask) the odour while I went to visit family. Fail! It's obvious this property has lost pride of ownership. I've stayed here several times in the past for various lengths and been satisfied. As always, things change. My change will come with never returning to this accommodation again. Pay a little extra at another property. Don't stay at the Model A!!

Could not have a two hour late checkout despite being there for medical procedure
