It was easy to find

We were not told that the pool was out of order. It was not clean. The room smelled of smoke. Noist street traffic. Very old. Needs updating.

Was clean. Staff was friendly

When I went to get another 2 nights I mistakenly used a canceled credit card which came up as stolen.i showed my pic ID and called the bank to show it was not stolen but in fact canceled due to fraud. Even after showing the valid card they said they didn't want us there . It really inconvenienced us as our car was impouned and we had more than a normal amount of belongings with us

The 2 nights were OK

When we tried to get another 2 nights and were turned down because I accidently used an old credit card that I should have thrown out .After calling the bank and realizing the mistake I made and was prepared to make payment with the proper card they said no we don't want you here because you used a stolen credit card .I showed them the card and 2 pieces of picture ID to show the card was not stolen but canceled ( no fault of mine )due to fraud. . They still said we don't want you here . Our car was broke down and we had a lot of belongings to move which was not easy when walking with a cane

Hotel was good with good location, been here a few times, Denys resturant has really went down in my estimation, it must effect your hotel location.

pool was cold and dirty which was our point of staying here very unsafe not even hand rails to get in and out of pool

Property is a little tired, needs some refreshing

Noise of a “machine” outside our window started every hour, really annoying. Front desk lady offered a breakfast at Deny, nice gesture.

Good location. Lovely staff. Relatively clean, some hair in the bathroom and the lighting in the bathroom wasn’t great. The mattress was old and sunken in in the middle.

Location was fine. Heard the train but it was not overbearing. Staff were great.

The floors are uneven. The stairs are crooked. The building feels and looks like it is going to fall over. The room was in disrepair from the bathroom to the holes in the wall and ceiling. The floor had was sinking to one side so the bed and the desk were on a tilt. There was a fan on the roof of the building that must have thrown a bearing because it was squealing all night long.
