The staff was very very kind and helpful!

Rooms are very dark, the furniture needs an upgrade, the location is a bit uncomfortable to walk around at night alone.

Big room. we arrived early in the day so very early for check in. the desk clerk suggested we come back in an hour and a room would be ready and it was! gym facilities excellent with good view. the lounge waiter was excellent suggesting food and cocktails. he asked for an additional ingredient in a cocktail as it didn’t quite taste like a margarita and then when the bill came he had made the drink complimentary. Great customer service.

location- close to everything. comfortable rooms with great sheets and a lounging chair. the staff make the stay so comfortable and cheerful!

the only thing that was sub par was the tv service - the Chromecast setup on the tv and the tech with it only worked half the time. you need upgraded tvs and tech/internet in the rooms! also, fridge space would have been nice.

Beautiful and large room.

The bathroom: too large, not convenient, it took forever figure out the shower and turn the water on in a comfortable way. The noise from the trains a few meters away. I expected better soundproof windows.

Love the staff and the comfort of the bed. The hotel room was very nice and big for the price.

The hotel room has a lot of space under the door, so I could hear everyone in the hallway talking at all times.

The layout is great and very different from any other hotel. the room size is decent. love the morning coffee! and the staff are supper friendly and professional!!
