The location is good as it is right on the highway so easy access to leave. There is a Subway in the Hotel. The beds were comfy. The price was the only good price in town.

The room was very dusty and had not had a deep clean in awhile by the looks of the bathroom floor and corners, also found someone else's clothes under the desk...not hidden which makes me question the skill level of the housekeeping staff. I own a cleaning business so this does make me a tad more aware of things, but this and other rooms could be cleaned MUCH better. It was very noisy being right on the highway so bring ear plugs!

For an aging hotel, my room was exceptional. The room was clean, quiet, and well maintained. Easily accessed from the main through fare, and the staff is very accommodating and extremely pleasant.

For my one night stay passing through, I have nothing negative to say.

The location was great. Right on the highway through town and it was within walking distance to restaurants.

The hotel is very tired and in serious need up repairs and updating. While it was clean enough the bathroom door knob didn't work. At first I ended up stuck in the bathroom as the knob would not turn to open the door. After that the knob simply did not work at all. Also it is nice that breakfast is included even if it is simply toast and bagels, with coffee etc. However there was no cream cheese for the bagels, the peanut butter was going rather stale and the strawberry jam was so old it simply was a jelled cube that would not spread.

good location, clean and spacious

I stay always stay here when I come to Fernie. Always great value for money. There’s always new updates each time I come, It’s clean, staff are friendly, the hot tub is great after a long day of hiking or biking. The free breakfast has lots of options. It’s also great to stay there if you have dogs, it’s close to the river for nice walks. Close to restaurants and a short walk/bike or drove into town.

Beds were comfortable and room was clean.

Lots of loud trucks and cars on the #3 HWY

very basic motel; nothing particularly bad; just nothing extra.

breakfast provided was continental only but that is what they advertise.

The noise from traffic at all hours, due to the location next to a busy highway.
