We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and loved the availability of the bikes, laundry, tips for activities and restaurants, etc. Very friendly.

The location was very convenient, friendly staff, the hot tub was amazing! I loved that you could reserve a time and have it all to yourself.
The bed and pillows were not very comfortable, The bed would creak every time someone moved.

Very clean, quiet and beautifully furnished room. Room was rather small, but the clever layout and nice design made it look actually very spacious. Very comfortable bed and nice sheets. Great location just off the hwy, but close to the downtown as well. Awesome communication from the hotel (they send information about check-in, provide phone number if needed, send a proper receipt after checking out). Definitely would recommend
Nothing major. Rain showerhead in the bathroom is stylish, but I prefer the good old water pressure. Bath towels seemed a bit too small.

Rooms were spacious, clean, quiet and warm. The hot tub area was cute, and the sign up system works well. Reception had some good tourist info. Easy walk into town for restaurants etc.
No utensils - bowls, plates, cutlery - to actually use the "kitchenette" area.

Front desk was most helpful. Woman left a dog in room under ours when she is not allowed to do that and dog was barking. Receptionist called owner immediately and resolved issue although dog did bark following morning. Room was very clean.

Comfortable room in a fairly typical motel style hotel. We only had a short stay but enjoyed our time here.
Location wasn't as central as I had hoped, although still very easy to get around by foot and car. It's on the 'annex' side of Fernie across the highway, so is a solid walk into the town centre.
