I liked the hotel. and its okay service. The experience was okay too.
The fact that, you guys didn't mention the maximum number of people allowed in the room properly. This made the hotel charge us an extra $250.

I requested a quiet room. We were put in a room immediately behind the elevators, which were noisey the entire night!

There were junior hockey teams there, and the hotel staff kept the noise down! The outdoor hot tub was great. The room was clean. Staff was polite. The breakfast was better than many places. I would stay again if they continue to price themselves competitively. Close to the trails for walking and dogs.

The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was nicely organized and having Boston pizza connected to the hotel was great for supper.
A little bit away from downtown Fernie. And the hotels parking was a bit cramped as they were fairly full from construction crews it seemed

Beautiful room and location.
The breakfast was minimal and the all muffins raw. The housekeeping did not do our room for two days so we had no coffee or clean towels for the second and third day.
The couch pullout bed was really not comfortable.

Very clean, great fridge, could easily control temperature, great pool.
The hot part of the breakfast was poor quality food. Don’t eat the eggs, sausages, waffles or pancakes. Stick to cereal. Greasy. No flavour. Cheapest lowest budget for.

internet in room was not functioning, TV remote was terrible, no ok for the guide to select a channel and no guide to tell you how to use it.
