Everything!!
Location, staff, hot tubs and bbq
Everything was spot on
5.0
Great ski-in/ski-out location! Loved a proximity to cross-country ski trails.
Difficult to park a bigger car (we rented a pickup truck) - garage entrance is low and narrow. Also, difficult to carry the baggage from the garage - many stairways.
4.0
The location was stunning. Beautiful pools. Lots of activities.
The lodge was old, no air conditioning, fairly uneven floors it was extremely hot and some of the rooms and we were not able to cover them off
4.0
Beautiful setting near Toby creek. Creek has emerald color and sounds very relaxing. Ours was a 2 B/2 B unit with full kitchen and upstairs balcony. underground parking was next to our unit too.
All appliances and kitchen utensils were newer.
place is next to a golf club, paced walking/ trail/ free village lift, and some restaurants and shops.
This place is good if you want to vacation there. It adds quite a miles (about 2 hours) to known tourist places like BANFF, Jesper, glaciers, etc. if these palaces are on your visit list, then I would stay on Hwy 1 near Banff.

We cooked our own food.
We were able to use the kitchen stuff but we cant find the cutting board though :D

a lot of things to do: lovely swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, golf, free gondola, clean suite with awesome view, equipped kitchen, bathrooms)))
everything was perfect
4.0
A great flat with lots of room for four people, good bedrooms upstairs, kitchen with everything necessary in it. Having two bathrooms was particularly beneficial. We would happily stay there again.
The front door needs to be repaired. There is a sizable gap between the door jamb and the door: cold air makes its way inside through the gap.
Toilet in the bathroom upstairs needs to be properly fastened to the floor as it moves when sat on.

Nothing!
Well, the fridge is making too loud noise ,the foor is so britle that it makes too much creeking sound when you step on it,hot water runs out quickly, very weak sound proofing, not even kids friendly. This is the worst ever place i've rented for vacation, my kids.
3.5
easy access to ski lifts. handy kitchen. staff support. we really liked Panorama experience
icy walkways around facility. we had 4 falls in 3 days despite being very experience on such trails and very careful. mattress was terrible - my wife slept on couch.
3.5
decent location, fun resort to be at
property is dated. windows and doors drafty, coffee machine was terrible
4.0
Studio unit was more spacious than I expected. Staff and service were excellent!
Difficult to adjust shower temperature: either too hot or too cold. A bit dated apartment but maintained well.

ski in/ ski out, next to hot tubs, 5 minutes to base of mountain

Beautiful spot. Very handy to skifield

chair lift was right behind
front entrance and melting water. needs a larger mat.
5.0
The condo had a fully stocked kitchen which made cooking easy. Unit 904 was right across from the hot tubs which was super convenient. The underground parking was very convenient and close to the condo door.

When I make the reservation, I put one card.
The day I arrive I want to pay with another card, they didn’t help me with that.
They tell me they will call me next day so I can go a make a change of the card and they didn’t call me.
And charge me everything at the end in the card that I didn’t want to used.
I was super mad with this issue.
Everton the bathroom was bad quality too.
5.0
Great place to ski right to the door
3.5
We made our own.
The renos, so no parking spot. The number of stairs. Minimum 2 night stay when we were there for a wedding
4.5
Met our needs for a group of friends travelling here for a wedding.
Directions & signage to the condo could be much better. This particular unit needs a new coffee perk & iron as they do not work very well.
4.0
Great location, very clean facilities. Scenic views!
It will be nice to put a proper signage with the suit numbers. We made a few circles to find out where our suit is. Upon arrival we found out the barbecue propane tank was empty. Called to the reception and received the answer that they can't help us as it's a timeshare. However they promised to get us a new propane tank on Saturday morning, which is never happened. We called maintenance person on the arrival day and left the voice message but never received any response.

everything about it! perfect for family vacation. a bit expensive but I guess it’s all worth it.
none so far

The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was underground and provided easy access to our room. The restaurant at the Golf Course had delicious food and was walking distance from the lodge. Lots of great walking/hiking trails and we appreciated having tennis courts on site.
The lodge is a bit dated. Check-out time at 10 am was a bit early.
3.5
Units were very well equipped and were very comfortable.
Excessive amount of steps throughout the resort. My wife has walking disabilities and found it very very hard. This resort is not disability friendly. We could have got better instructions to get into the unit. We struggled to find out about the access from the parking area. Gondolas shut down early due to staff shortage. Restaurants were closed because of staff challenges. Water slides were shut down.
3.0
Easy access to gondola, central location.
Limited parking for truck, garage was built for low trucks and cars.
3.0
the friendly staff
would have liked to see a washer and dryer in unit.
the key cards were terrible.

The place and the scenery
Quite far from the town

location is good, the hot pools and skiing were good.
We could never get the wifi working, called the desk 2 x and were finally connected to the tech company, which took the information about the problem but never called back.
All the T bar restaurant would serve for dinner Monday was Pizza, which we had the night before next door at the Alto, and it was warmed up pre-made and cold so we passed on it and went to the general store to buys something to have at the room.
