Location was great. Staff were fantastic and went above and beyond. Rooms were comfy.

There were a group who left beer cans wine and let their dog do business on the hottub deck and it was not so lovely to be greeted early am by that but staff cleaned it up promptly when we reported that.

Room was very clean, with a great view over the harbour.

Room was smaller than expected. Overall property is a little tired, needs painting and a general refresh.

Thanks to Zebby(manager) everything was just perfect,much more than my expectations... amazing place, amazing service, amazing everything...I will never forget this vacation,and how happy was may family...big hug to everyone there

Nice hot tub, great view, close to the golf course.

Sunshine Coast resort was just paradise! The view from our room was outstanding and the bed, bathrobe and slippers were so cozy. Loved the hot tub. I wish we had more time to take out the kayaks but we are definitely planning to come back in the summer. Zeb was a great host and couldn't have been friendlier. He made our welcome an experience to remember. We will be back!

Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely be going back.

That it was to short of a visit

Zebulon, the resort manager, was great! He even upgraded us to the top floor queen room which is bigger and has a better view than the room that we booked. We had a very comfortable stay. Room was clean. The resort is very quiet- perfect for a relaxing weekend. It is close to grocery stores and restaurants. It is also a short drive to nature such as Skookumchuck Narrows and Pender Hill. The frontdesk is unattended so one needs to call the number posted on the counter.

Upon checking in we were upgraded to the penthouse suite since our original room supposedly had some issue so that was a wonderful surprise. The bed was very comfortable, and the fireplace in front of it made the suite nice and cozy. The view was also lovely, overlooking the harbour. We went during off season so didn't get a chance to use the deck (and bbq!) since it was raining our entire stay but it would be perfect for that morning coffee/evening drink in warmer weather! Overall really enjoyed our stay and almost wished we had booked a few extra days.

This was minor and probably not an issue with all suites but it seemed like the unit below had some construction/maintenance going on so there was a tarp covering that kept flapping in the wind during the night.

Zeb was great when I got there. Very congenial and helpful. Set me up to charge my car which helped a lot. Bed was comfy. View was great. Hot tub is nicely located and was simple to use.

The TV was ancient and difficult to operate. It had subtitles that I could not turn off. No access to Netflix or any other streaming services. Regular Cable TV is horrible so if there's no streaming TV it's no movies etc. The lighting was hard to deal with. Bright lights that can only be reached by walking to the door. Table bedside lamps which were fine but no light on the table where we sat much of the time. No ice cube trays. Such a simple fix. Bed was comfy but the pillows were not. All big and lumpy. There were lots of "slippery" signs but why not just put non skid. It should be on all stairs in winter. My GF did fall despite being very careful. I also had a slip because there are no lights on the stairs below the hot tub and it's hard to tell there are three steps not just one.

Beautiful sea view, spacious room, plenty of kitchen supplies, clean bed and super friendly stuff, everything is perfect! Definitely will come again

Staff were amazing and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble. Secluded location but not far from anything you'd need for an extended Weekend away. Restaurants, IGA, bakery etc We were in the executive cabin which gives you privacy, but only steps away from the office and bay. Had an absolutely wonderful relaxing few days thanks Zeb and the others for making our stay fantastic! You rock😁

The fireplace and shower were very unique features of the cabin. It was cozy and clean and the bed was comfortable.

The hot tub worked but the jets weren’t fully functional.
