Breakfast was good. Nothing fancy but good variety. Gym was really nice. Location was very nice. Made it easy to get around the area. Most sightseeing spots were in a walking distance, Great location for CMA fest.

Rooms were freezing with AC running, the moment it switched off it was a sweat box. Couldn't get very comfortable sleep. Shower and bathroom area were outdated and needed some renovations. Carpet too was older and needed replacing. Sirens and loud people walking the sidewalks caused mid sleep waking up too. We were on the 3rd floor and it was still pretty loud. Charging $50 a night for guest parking is ABSURD. Some days we did didn't touch the car for 48 hours but cost us $100 and then they still ask for a tip on the app which was never working right. The valet would not "check the car in" so we couldn't request pickup on the app.

Wir haben eine Suite 41 m2, zwei Doppelbetten und einem Schlafsofa bei booking.com gebucht. Die unmotivierte und unfreundliche Rezeptionistin - Gloria - konnte unsere Reservation im Computer nicht finden, obwohl ich ihr die Bestätigungsmail des Hotels zeigte. Nach einigem hin und her verschwand sie in ein Hinterzimmer. Nach einiger Zeit kam sie zurück und erzählte was, dass die Reservation vorhanden sei, sie diese an Ihrem Computer aber nicht sehen könne und sie uns jetzt neu buchen müsse!? Wir haben dann sicherlich nicht das Zimmer zugeteilt erhalten, welches wir bei booking.com gebucht haben. Bestimmt keine 41 m2 und sicherlich kein Sofa. Dafür direkt auf eine lärmende Baustelle ausgerichtet. Ab 07:00 h morgens war der Lärm kaum zu ertragen. Wir haben in der Vergangenheit schon x-Übernachtungen in “Hampton Inn’s and Suites” in allen Regionen der USA gebucht und waren immer sehr zufrieden. Was aber hier in Nashville geboten wird - ist schlichtweg abzocke! Es gibt keinen Zimmerservice und beispielsweise Kaffee-Kapseln müssen an der Reseption abgeholt werden. Der Lobby- bzw. Parterre Bereich ist schmuddelig. Frühstückstische sind gegen Mittag noch nicht abgeräumt. Tische wackeln und Polster sind zerschlissen. Zu den nicht gerechtfertigten Zimmerpreisen kommen noch rund USD 50 pro Nacht für’s parkieren hinzu. Man kann das zwar in den allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen sehen, ist aber ein Service den man eigentlich gar nicht möchte. Man wird jedoch genötigt, da nur Vallet-Parking möglich ist.

I loved that there were 2 (comfortable) king beds in the room along with a generous amount of space.

The hotel is in need of a refresh. The upholstery on the bar stools in the lobby are worn/cracking and the paint on the door in our bathroom was bubbled and peeling off.

I can't really answer any of the questions to this survey because we did not stay there. Booking.com messed up the reservation. Although confirmed, there was no reservation. And no rooms. Staff was quite helpful finding another place to stay. Booking.com dropped the ball

we had to pay for parking even though we were on motorcycles and didn’t use the parking garage. I didn’t have to pay the last time I stayed here, but I wasn’t going to argue.

Breakfast was top notch The support staff at the buffet in the mornings were exceptional. As were the cleaning staff. The front desk staff were nice but sometimes a tad overwhelmed. Fabulous location. Walking distance to everything. Will definitely stay here again.

Room was large and quiet. Location of hotel was very convenient to Broadway and Country Music Hall of Fame Museum.

Hotel taxes were ridiculously high.

Included breakfast was great - lots of variety.

The whole building felt like Detroit - hallways too wide for under use, kind of run down. Our shower was not functional - water squirted everywhere from the hose attachment, drenching the ceiling and then the floor of the bathroom. :(

No where on their website does it say anything about parking or fees. When we got there we were charged 45 dollars a day! I paid over 900 dollars for 3 days and was then charged another 135 dollars!! Housekeeping never stepped foot in our room the whole time. Trash was overflowing, towels were not picked up. ( No we did not have a do not disturb sign on the door) And at no point did anybody say we would have to ask for service) I’ve never stayed anywhere that housekeeping didn’t come in everyday or at least every other on an extended stay! We were also charged for somebody’s bar tab that wasn’t ours. I will never stay there again.

They have a fantastic breakfast. It was nice being 2 blocks of the main.

We stayed in a two king suite. Room was huge and comfortable.

At 11pm they lock the lobby doors which is not a bad thing but the security person that greets you treats you like your not good enough to be staying at this hotel. We went to a concert at the Fisher Center and it was after 11pm when we returned to the hotel. There is a 24 hour front desk but they still lock the door for security. I am 64 years old and splurged to stay here for my birthday. I have never been treated like I wasn’t good enough to be at a hotel before.
