Excelente localização. Os quartos me surpreenderam no quesito tamanho e qualidade. Cama grande e bem confortável. Não tinha carpete o que para mim e um ponto positivo. Quarto espaçoso. Possui estacionamento no local gratuito. Eles tem uma van que parte para o centrinho da cidade a cada hora, e você também pode retornar na van para o hotel e muito interessante esse serviço. Café da manhã bem americano.

o café da manhã para o meu gosto pessoal não foi muito bom. Muitas variedades, mas bem americanas, não tanto como um café continental. Mas a comida era boa. outro ponto, caso queria pegar a van, cuidado quando eles dizem que sai a cada hora, pois fui tentar pegar a de 14 hrs. cheguei na recepção as 14:00 em ponto e tinha 5 min que tinha saído.

We enjoyed the breakfast each morning. There were several good choices. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was a quick walk over the bridge to downtown Nashville.

Room breakfast and location was great.

My son and I travelled 4-1/2 hours to watch the Tennessee Titans play and could not get into the hotel parking lot to check in. Had to pay the hotel next door to park. Not good considering I was only staying for a certain amount of time.

The location close to the pedestrian bridge was good. We are quite used to walking so the trek to downtown was fine for us. The shuttle bus was never an option as it seemed to never be available when we were ready to go. The breakfast was good. There are very few options to grab a meal other than breakfast in the vicinity

Wifi was weak, property was dated. The pool was clean but very run down and off putting. Our room phone didn’t work, we reported and still was never fixed.

Assistant General Manager Teri was so friendly, helpful, and kind, she made our stay in Nashville remarkable. The shuttle driver was just the sweetest gentleman!

All other front desk personnel, breakfast attendant, and housekeepers were exceptionally rude in every interaction we had with them.

Great location very friendly staff and also provided a courtesy shuttle bus to and from downtown on the hour which was great convenience ☺️ definitely worth checking out

Our window was leaking water however when mentioned at the desk it was dealt with straight away by the maintenance guy. Room was a little noisy also as there was a busy highway behind it

Floor was very dirty. Employees were selling parking spaces to people for venue across the street. Made for tough parking conditions for us who actually stayed at the hotel!

We liked the size of the room and the breakfast offerings. Also the shuttle van that took us to the main drag every day.

I didn't like that housekeeping did not clean our room or replace towels unless we asked them to. We were not made aware of this policy when we checked in so we could not understand why no one came to clean or empty waste baskets etc.

Excellent service from the staff...the rooms were clean and very comfortable....the courtesy bus was an extra comfort...the beds were exceptional which led to a great night's sleep...thank you 👍👌
