Nice hotel , near to Niagara park . Very friendly staff.

Hot water wasn’t hot, no hair dryer in room

From the checkin, Breakfast, the concierge desk Ms. Lucy everything was amazing. Nothing to complain 😀

Just that room service wasnt everyday. But they did mentioned on their policy that it was every other day. We had to check out by then. But i dont see that as a reason to complain :)

Kostenlose Parkplätze, großes Zimmer, das nicht zur Straße hin lag, mit Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank, bequeme Betten, schönes Badezimmer, gutes kontinentales Frühstück mit glutenfreien Cornflakes und leckerem Kaffee, schöner Pool. Niagarafälle zu Fuß gut erreichbar.

Zimmer war sehr dunkel. Hotel liegt an einer relativ großen Straße am Rand der Innenstadt, Zimmer zur Straße sind wahrscheinlich relativ laut. Dafür gibt es aber Parkplätze direkt am Hotel.

The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious, comfortable bed, the complimentary coffee and cookies were a nice touch. The breakfast in the morning had a nice selection and was refilled as needed. The staff were pleasant and friendly.

We enjoyed using the pool. The breakfast was filling and convenient as well as a great value.

It would have been nice to have a hot tub in the pool area if adults want to keep warm and relax while kids swim. Also, putting a clock on the wall in the pool area would help guests to know when it’s almost time to close the pool without having to repeatedly get out of the pool to check a watch or phone.

Чудовий готель, з привітним персоналом, з прекрасним розташуванням, близько до водоспаду. Номери чисті і комфортні.

Не відкриваються вікна, дуже не вистачало свіжого повітря. З вікна нашого номеру - стіна, не сподобалось. І сніданки вцілому добрі, але не вистачило овочів та фруктів.

Large room, very comfortable beds, clean room. The bathroom is spacious and clean. Tasty breakfast, great selection.

The representative that checked us in for our two night stay was very nice. She tried her best to accommodate me due to the room requests I booked not being available due to a mistake on booking.com or the hotel.

I did not like how neither the hotel or booking.com wanted to take responsibility for the mistake that someone made for overbooking!! Everyone placed blame on each other. The facilities were wonderful, but I was very upset that my room was not available after flying in late that night when I specifically said I would be flying in after 11.

Location and proximity to the falls

It’s way to expensive and the staff was really unwelcoming and not friendly at all

Breakfast was HOT and delicious and LOTS to choose from.

The hotel was comfortable and clean, staff were pleasant and helpful,

The key thing was the breakfast area was too small for the amount of guests that often arrived at the same time, which made it difficult for the staff to keep the breakfast items stocked, this was not helped by some families who decided to take 3 pots of cereal each rather than just what they required, this is not a criticism of the staff. The only downside of the room only had a shower over bath rather than a walk in shower.

Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr sauber. Die Betten waren ebenfalls sauber und bequem. Kostenloses Parken vor dem Hotel kein Problem. Die Lage zu den Niagarafällen ist super. Frühstück amerikanisch.

Alles sehr unkompliziert, wie man es sich wünschen kann besonders vor waren bei dem alten Wetter, die als Service zur Verfügung gestellten heißen Getränke 😁 Das Hotel liegt fußläufig zu den Niagara fällen.

Soweit alles in Ordnung, das Frühstück war etwas einfacher, die Reinigung der Zimmer hätte besser sein können, war akzeptabel

Location for walking to falls

Breakfast was too busy on first day, so got up at 6:am next day! Breakfast host did a wonderful job though!!!

Close to Niagara Falls, close to restaurants. Modernly equipped, good wifi. Easy to find and park with car. Tasty breakfast

I did not receive H honours discount I told bookings.com and the Hotel didn’t do it. Girl at front was rude and answers 1 word like a robot doesn’t smile

It was close to all the attractions

Beds were not comfortable. Overwhelming strong smell of marijuana. The pool was not working despite telling me the day before it was running.

There was a group that kept knocking all hours of the day on my door and running away. The fire exit door was unhinged by them and kept slamming shut all throughout the day and night. My bathroom toilet got stopped up 2 days in a row and I had to plunge my own toilet. The pool was closed due to renovations and that was the only reason I stayed there - it was not a notice saying it was closed when booking as that would of helped me make better decisions in my stay.
