Excellent location. Breakfast needs to have oatmeal and raisins and brown sugar.

The hotel was really nice and clean. However the parking garage was totally shady, it had an elevator that went to a dark floor that looked like it was condemned!

The staff went above expectations finding us rooms directly across from each other. The rooms were clean, the pool area was clean, breakfast was great and all questions answered with a smile!

The beds and pillows were a bit soft, we prefer a firmer bed and feather pillows. But they were not terrible by any stretch.

La habitacion bien limpia, amplia con un baño bien amplio, el personal muy amable, lo mejor del hotel es su ubicacion, queda frente a La Catarata de Niagara y a pocos metros del puente para cruzar a Canada. Hice el check out a las 12 y espere al rededor de 2 horas que llegaran los demás y me dejaron quedar sin problemas, hasta café me brindaron mientras esperaba.

No gluten free bread or other gf options at breakfast. Didn’t like that all cups, plates, cutlery etc were disposable - not good for the environment.

I liked everything but I think at night time it should had an extra waiter since it was just one person and she was fabulous as well.

Everything was great! Breakfast was plentiful. 5 minute walk to the falls.

We only had 1 washcloth for 2 people. There was old water damage on the side of the bathroom sink.

The location was perfect for what we needed it for.

Individually packed and you have to wear gloves and mask before getting your breakfast and we just chose to bring it in our room for extra safety.

You have to pay $5 per night if you use their very dark and isolated parking across the street that should have been free for guests so we just park our car on the street infront of the hotel.

Nice location, good price

The location was perfect!! Front desk clerk Angelo was perfect!! When I checked in and asked for water side, he gave us the last one. I told him it was my birthday and he got excited for me saying there were fireworks going off at 8pm and where the perfect view would be (from our room and/or rooftop). He gave us the rundown of everything available and then brought up a gift of champagne and sweets for my birthday. He needs to be recognized as he went out of his way to make us feel welcomed. I can't say that anybody else did that there. I had to cancel reservation in Ontario as I didn't realize it's a lengthy process to get passports so hyatt place was definitely the best pick for the American side.

Breakfast definitely could have been better and they might want to check the shampoo/conditioner bottles in showers (were empty).

You can walk to Niagara Falls and restaurants

There is no fun for children and young people

The hotel is beautiful. Very clean and staff is nice and always willing to answer any questions you have.

Due to where they are located, you have to park in a city run garage across the street. The garage was run down and only had one elevator that worked and it was a mess! This has nothing to do with the hotel. They can not help that. However, we wish the city would take more pride in it since customers are using it daily!

The front office executive Angelo was extremely professional and gave us a warm welcome. The room was great and there were free snacks and beverages. The restaurant and bar offered great food and drinks at an affordable rate.

Die Lage zu den Niagara Falls ist genial! Ca. 300 Meter und man ist direkt an den Wasserfällen.

Ein einfaches Frühstück, das auf Pappteller und Plastik serviert wird. Für so einen Preis undenkbar!

The room was perfect. I loved the shower, bed, view and sofa.

The breakfast food was okay, but ran out quickly often. There was barely anywhere to sit every morning.

Parking garage did not seem safe. Someone kept slamming doors repeatedly while we were trying to sleep.

I was disappointed there were no toiletries in the bathroom; ie, lotion, soap, makeup remover, bath mat. I requested some from the cleaners, but they said they were out throughout the whole hotel. The room had not been vacuumed.

Front entry should be spruced up a bit. Parking garage scary at night. Sofa bed was soiled so no one wanted to sleep on it.
