We are in 639 room number the bed was so bad window side bed frame is not even mattress are so irritated you guys have to learn from Indian hotel like in New Delhi Hotel Askoka, Oberoi and Taj in Mumbai if you check these hotels outfit then you can find your mistake easily your bed carpet bathroom fittings reception swimming pools we believe we make a big mistake to choose your hotel to spend my vacation in your hotel I never be preferred next time and don’t recommend your hotel to anyone

We did not stay here as we did not like the location or the look of the place. We stayed at the Seneca Falls Hotel instead. Not very happy that we were charged and couldn't cancel.

The plumbing was terrible. The toilet and sink seemed like they were going to clog every night. Also I think the concierge level wasn't worth the price.

Good location. Clean, staff very nice. Pool area outstanding. Sheraton always has the best beds.

Hot water takes about 5 minutes to get to full strength in shower.

Laying in bed hearing next rooms total conversation. Waking up to hearing next room hacking ,coughing up, and spitting out mucous. Insulation needed bad!
