Good morning the only thing that bothered me with the hotel was the bathroom was not clean at all very dirty tub, very nasty toilet, but I did not complain. I went to the store and bought my own cleaning supplies and I cleaned it myself sometime. You just don’t complain about everything auto you’re paying, a pretty penny. God bless.

Variety of foods was good. Canadian bacon/ ham slices were tough and dry. Nice to have an option to make your own waffles.

Carpeting needs to be replaced. Looked like bleach spots on hall carpets and looked like it had not been vacuumed for quite a while. Lots of lint and dirt spots as well as the bleach(?) spots. The dead bolt on our room was non operational. We had a service animal with us so we weren't too worried but if we didn't have her it would have been a big safety issue.

the bed kind of felt like some springs were broken or something and there was only turkey sausage available at breakfast that tasted like cardboard but other options were good

it could use a little updating. The rugs on the second floor need to be replaced or upgraded to tile or wood.

It is very clean, safe, modern, located near everything, right off the interstate. Great breakfast. The absolute nicest staff.

It’s not terribly well insulated. on the 2nd floor I had noise from above and below, and could hear the conversations in the rooms beside me and across the hall.
