Staff (Daniela) clueless and very unhelpful. We were 4 adult-size people booked into a 3 person room. My 16yr (5’10” son had to slept on a blanket on the floor.) AC didn’t work. It was 88° during the late afternoon. Dog in nearby room was barking.

The limited tv channels. No free breakfast.

No coffee in mid afternoon. Room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Fire alarm went off at 3:00 am.

It was quiet and close to my meeting.
It is disappointing that for the price I paid for my room that the free coffee in the room was terrible and that they did not offer free fresh coffee in the lobby.

The location of the hotel and price point were exactly what we were looking for. We were en route to the Boston area and wanted an overnight pit stop with shops and restaurants nearby. It is now part of our favorite hotels and areas for roadtrips in that area.

Some of the food items, while good tasting, were expensive for what was received.

The bed was so comfortable, I loved the whirlpool.

They didn’t clean the room nor make the bed nor change towels. For the price, that is minimum they could provide.

it was clean quiet like literally amazing like I deadass next time whenever I don’t know it’ll be 100% doing it again one of the best stays ever and it was actually my first time sleeping and staying at a hotel❤️

The location was decent and close to my job.
My room was not clean, blood on curtains, stains on couch and bedding. There was a bad leak coming from the 3rd floor into my room. It did look like it was patched over and over not good care of property at all.
