Good location to amenities nearby and highways. Bathroom clean. Staff friendly on arrival and checking out. Bed wonderfully comfortable.

Very dated, old decor, unclean carpets, in desperate need of money injection and updating. Housekeeping did not attempt to freshen room in 3 night stay, walls thin, able to hear next rooms tv/snoring, fridge noisy all night so I unplugged it, bedding visually clean but undressed. You get what you pay for.

Working coast to coast at Amazon facilities, I praise Manchester Inn and Suites for providing immaculate accommodations and multiple amenities while ensuring a safe, pleasant, and stress-free stay. I would be remiss if I didn't emphasize what a difference there is in the cleanliness and freshness of room from other places I have stayed while travelling for business. Manchester Inn and Suites is above and beyond all other accommodations that I have stayed at in 5 states since the pandemic. They make sure you feel like you are HOME😀!

I informed the staff to change the towels and bed sheets repeatedly in my room and to this day they still hasn't complied. Rooms needs better upkeep, I also informed them to come clean the bathroom and I've been there for 4 days now and still hasn't complied as well.

I paid for a room with a jacuzzi and it was out of order. So i did not stay and let my band fit the manager and a refund. The manager did not return my call or give me a refund.

The jacuzzi in the first room was out of order and in the replacement room we didn't have a King bed but two Queens. Which wasn't very romantic so we never used the small jacuzzi in the small battered bathroom with a strange shower that had a small rubber bar to hold the water back from getting on the floor which felt like it was rotted underneath and falling in inside room 316. Plus there was a strange room inside with an ugly old couch and old box television that only had static. It made me feel like I was in Silent Hill. We also smelled pot and heard a woman screaming really loud until the front desk woman (who was nice) had to call her.

my toilet was over flowing as I enter the room and I wanted to change room but i was told there was only a king size bed room available so me and my family left with no refund

nothing! this place is a dump. half of it looks like transitional housing for drug addicts, and our room was filthy and gross.

filthy. scary. Rusting, cracked shower, paint all over the sink, the table in our room looked like a barroom fight had happened to it. Booking.com should remove this place from consideration. DUMP!!
