Room fits for three adults size ,but need to clean up every two days

Clean up.

The location for where I needed to be for work was great. The front desk manager was very friendly and helpful.

The room smelled very moldy and musty. The bathroom was very dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. There were cockroaches in the bathroom every morning.

Location was very close to Costco and other stores. It was also lose to highway. Easy to get in and out of room and ample parking. Hot tub was nice.

Breakfast needed more healthy options. Oatmeal, low surgery yogurt and more fresh fruit options. The hot water machine did not work. The drain in the bathtub did not drain efficiently but after a while it did go down.

Good location, friendly staff

The room was not as clean as expected. The bed was very poor, with my feet higher than my head, also the bed sunk in the middle. The shower/tub drain was plugged up and when taking a shower, the water rose above our ankles. The TV reception was very poor - grainy and too light. We've stayed in a Clarion before and had a very good experience. This hotel felt like a Stay America not a Clarian. The hotel needs a refurbishment.

breakfast. they offer a goodie bad for breakfast. is not a hot or fresh food. the light in the room are bad and they don't replaced the bold in this 2 nigh that we be there.

The property was near the airport.

The door to our room was very difficult to open and close. The room had a terrible musty odor. We arrived after midnight and very tired so we didn’t complain. The next morning I was harassed by the front desk for bringing toast and coffee back to the room.

The only slightly redeeming feature was the pool area, however this was also not the best.

The hot tub looked dirty and the area often smelt of weed as well as fish for some reason. I’m (hoping) this was from the bar/grill that we wouldn’t have ever trusted to eat at as the whole place was so dirty. The pool closed at 9pm as well which was too early really. The location being close to shops and some restaurants was helpful but it is by no means a “good” location. The safe didn’t work when we checked in and when we spoke with reception they said they were new and didn’t know the answer, we asked again the next morning but not again after as by the end of the day we had given up all hope on any positive expectations of the place. The rooms smelt horrific and you couldn’t walk on the ‘carpet’ without shoes as it was so dirty and damp/sticky. We saw a cockroach and bugs. The bathroom was filthy and smelt so bad of sewerage and mould. At one point we noticed there was a mushroom growing in the bathroom and the one time housekeeping did come, it appears they pulled it off the wall and left it on the floor.. Info also says Housekeeping only come every 4 days, they don’t. You have to request it. I could not even begin to explain all of the very extensive reasons for why I would never recommend staying here.
