Easy access off the main highway. Nice to have a restaurant and lounge access on the property. Central location close to other restaurants and gas stations.

Very good hotel, maybe change the plastic cutlery and plates at breakfast for real ones ? It would improve the impact on the environnement.

Room was missed for cleaning one day

It was recently remodeled in the rooms and very well kept. The location was very convenient, the entire building was spotless . Comfortable bed and pillows.

The parking lot was tight and the lines were hard to see causing people to park poorly. The shower head was very low pressure.

Breakfast area is to small for the amount off people, it missed instructions on how to make the pancakes (big paper on the wall would be easier) people where going from right and left to get their breakfast. Because it was so small it wasn’t easy to find what you where needing.

The staff were nice and the breakfast was pretty good in my opinion .

Our room was dirty. Like gross stuff on the top blanket. Stuff stuck on the wall etc. The shower looked like it had not been cleaned either.

Staff , mainly front desk clerk ...denied my request to extend another night when my flight was delayed today...She said because of the old man I let stay in my room, I saw him at the airport that he had a sign with no shelter or food...she then said I could not "All recorded" extend my stay because of my guest behavior? .. I asked can you tell me what he's done?... she said making the hotel look bad because he's holding a sign... I asked where is he doing this?... He replied MacDonalds...she said that's still there property...I had 5 minutes notice when booking.com confirmed and she said no...Now I'm outside in the middle of nowhere in Alberta because she could not see this man was in a wheelchair, physically & mentally disabled....He definitely has a learning Dr disability and she mad him feel terrible...I will not stand for it!.. I volunteer at a homeless shelter back east where I'm from... Now they are ignoring my calls and I can never get through on booking.com....im going to have to take this one to the media..... Also am yet to see my deposit refund on my credit card so I could even book another place...I got this man his own room and contacted some resources for him... Wow discrimination is the lowest a business can go....up until that the place was quiet , clean , no complaints just very arrogant and unethical staff 100%
