The aesthetics of the property where very nice

The value for money was terrible. The breakfast included in was very very limited. I do not eat pork which meant all I could eat was eggs and potatoes. Considering how much it was and that it is Hilton I expected much better breakfast choices. I also didn’t get any assistance with my bags when arriving at the hotel

Good location for leaving the city or coming to the city by plane. Not necessary to use the valet parking, there is a parking house next door.

Low floor rooms are on the same level as the highway, during weekdays must be very noisy!

The property was nice and fresh. The room was really clean and big enough for our family of five. The towels were lovely.

The room was great size (king) & bed was great. The room cleaning was very good each day . Towels and bathroom shower very good.

The in room facility was not much , water bottles not replaced unless asked at reception (6 night stay) . The bed wall moved when adjacent room closed their doors. The coffee machine basic (drip machine ) . No microwave. Paper cups only . This room was described and in ‘details’ listed as having a kitchen; but didn’t & reception was annoyed booking.com makes this error . We booked on this basis ( a basic kitchen ) and disappointed on arrival . The TV channels are limited . The room cost should include a basic American breakfast and or a low price option with King room .

The beds were comfy. The pillows a bit soft. The room smelled musty at first but after a day or so it was fine. We asked for a better view as we had a patio but nothing was available.

Location to the pier was great.

location was pretty good... walking distance to santa monica pier... civic car park opposite for easy pay-for parking good to have a pool & gym to use would be great to have a bit more of an evening vibe in the bar area though

Breakfast was adequate but not amazing for this hotel... the usual offerings but nothing outstanding. Would be nice to have bottled water provided in the rooms; should really be standard

Jamás nos comentaron que el estacionamiento tenía un costo adicional por noche, por llegar 1 hora antes del check inn me cobraron un early morninG el personal mexicano súper racista y expresivos con nosotros los mexicanos, el hotel está bien ubicado pero terminamos pagando 1000 dls adicionales que no sabíamos de estacionamiento , se me hizo excesivo el deposito en garantía de 400 dls para 4 noches que estuvimos, los alimentos del desayuno terribles los hotcakes estaba tiesos súper duros.

Santa Monica is an amazing place to stay in LA, about 15 min to the Beach. Nice and comfortable room and facilities.

Super overpriced. Added to the stay, consider +50 USD a day for parking and fees. I was in the 2nd floor and the window view was bad.

The location is walkable distance to Santa Monica Pier. Able to conveniently walk down to the beach in the morning and to many restaurants in downtown Santa Monica.

The price is a little high

O nosso quarto tinha um tamanho muito bom, com a ante sala, que foi ótimo para 4 pessoas. O banheiro também tinha um bom tamanho e era bem confortável. As camas eram bem boas.

A localização é boa, mas a região específica acaba sendo um pouco ruim para andar a pé.

Wonderful location and traditional Hilton hospitality, which you recognise from check-in to a splendid breakfast. very helpful staff, rooms are designed to met a guest needs.
