The carpet on the 4 floor had a dirty smell probably need cleaning

Everything was perfect! Especially the staff. Breakfast was great. Would definitely stay again!

My family found the pool nice I liked that it was a saline pool. Having waffles are always great for breakfast. It was great having under ground parking. The storage and space in the room was perfectly sized for my family.

Bathroom in our room was not cleaned. It has smeared something on the door and shower had hair still from the previous stay. Dishes weren’t clean anywhere so I didn’t trust the real cleanliness. Late Saturday night around 7 received a knock in the door that startled me just to ask if I wanted towels but the person knocking didn’t have towels, that should probably be handled with a call if you don’t even have towels, I was getting out of the shower and the guy knocked twice so I thought it was my husband without his room key.

Your front desk person was excellent. I think her name was Brenda. All the staff I spoke with were very professional.

There was hair everywhere. Room smelled like Dog and Dog urine.

The rooms are great! I loved the full size fridge and small kitchenette with cups bowls silverware etc. When we did get the room cleaned it was done great! We went for Taylor Swift and the day of the concert there was some really cute goodie bags in the lobby for Pride/ Taylor Swift fans. The gentleman at the front desk was great.

The part that got me was the check in. There were 2 women both extremely rude, both one thier cell phones ignoring me. The other issue was house keeping we had a stay booked for a 5days. No one advised us that we had to request house keeping. We ran out of towels, when I went to ask the front desk for some clean towels it was the same women that was at check in and again she was so rude. It was like I annoyed her just by walking up. I asked for additional towels and she sighed before going in the back and grabing them. We ran out of toilet paper as well. I asked about the room being cleaned and she said we had to request cleaning like it was something I should have known. The beds were not very comfortable. The pillows are thin and flat. The room above us was very loud and made it harder to sleep. The jacuzzi (which would have been good on my back after the uncomfortable bed) was broken the whole time. The breakfast was very limited!
