The continental breakfast was good. Fast check-in, and out. Had an indoor pool that was heated.

The ceiling in our room had water damage. The corridor on our floor was leaking while it was raining. The worst of it all was during our stay. We also had to deal with a bunch of college kids that had no respect for anybody.

The breakfast was fine. Could use an extra waffle maker to avoid long waits (10-15 mins).

Cleanliness of room -- carpet, shower curtain and desk were dirty and sticky. Also, visibly dirty carpets by the elevators.

Everything was great!! Big room, couch, nice bathroom and extra coffee bar. The extras even included popcorn!! Desk, many outlets and excellent breakfast with very nice employees. Very comfortable bed and MANY pillows. We loved it!!!

There was a dog next to our room that barked all morning beginning around 6am. We were unaware that dogs were allowed otherwise we would not have booked at this hotel. We love dogs but did not realize that we would encounter one barking in the wee hours of the morning.

Breakfast was nice

Didn’t like breakfast was served next to the lobby. Also, paid for a suite for the fold out bed and couldn’t use it since the air conditioning was 2” away making it extremely cold and uncomfortable.

Very friendly staff. Good hot breakfast with a variety of options. The room was also much bigger than I've seen at other Hampton Inn locations.

Not as close to the Historic District as i would have thought (not really walkable about 1.7 miles). The rooms were clean but a little dated.

The front desk and breakfast staff were friendly and kind. The room was very spacious. The breakfast was convenient, and the location worked great for our weekend plans. We slept comfortably on the beds. We loved the fact that the soap and lotion that they provided was in refillable container, rather than one-use packaging. More hotels should do this. We also loved the fact that there was always coffee and hot water in the lobby - thank you!

The breakfast area got a bit messy, but this was more due to messy guests than incompetent staff. This is the issue with most hotels, but the luggage carts are flimsy and difficult to steer.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and the free breakfast had a nice variety of foods. We also enjoyed the pool while there.

The shower head was awful in our room, very small and seemed like patch work was done with the plumbing, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Booking.com lying to me twice in two days about being able to provide me a receipt. I was brushed off twice when I asked for a receipt for my stay. Both times the customer service reps said they talked to the hotel and the hotel would provide me a receipt the next day. Then, talked to the hotel and they told me they literally said to booking.com reps they did not have a receipt and can not provide one.

Great selection at breakfast time! Very clean! Friendly staff!

It was very cold. The pool area was freezing. The heat in our room blew mostly cool air. The internet was not that great.

The bathroom tile was broken in our room and it was wobbly.
