Loved the hot tub and pool. Always love Hamptons 24hr coffee and their hot breakfast!
Noisy kids that were running all over and jumping into the hot tub with us adults. Their parents over by pool just drinking.

Rooms were in good condition, clean, great amenities and staff.
The pool hours were until midnight which invited too many screaming kids next to my window

Day staff at front desk were helpful in correcting issues caused by night staff. Hospitality employees for rooms and breakfast were friendly and polite. Rooms were clean.
The night staff at the front desk were rude, lack knowledge, professionalism and made our stay horrible. We will not return.

We needed a place near the airport for just 1 night. shuttle picked us up in a matter of minutes at midnight. Great service,clean large room.

We asked for handicap rooms, thinking they were on the main floor. We were placed on the second floor but there was an elevator for our use. The rooms were huge and comfortable. The continental breakfast was beautifully set up and very well stocked with delicious options.

Beds were comfortable. It was clean. Staff was friendly.
It was obnoxiously LOUD! People bumping super loud music, hanging around entrance in crowds smoking, shouting, VERY loud voices....well into the night. Didn't feel safe or professional.

We had to be at the airport by 6:15 am for our flight, so we booked the Hampton Inn shuttle for 6:00 am. The breakfast area was not scheduled to open until 6:00 am, but they opened up 15 minutes early for us. The staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous and the room was clean and modern.
