The staff is always friendly and very clean place

The breakfast was good.

Didn’t feel very clean. Like the toilet paper roll when we came in was used. The lady at the front desk wasn’t very welcoming and smelled smoke. The elevator to the right would at times get stuck and not close its doors. That just scary.

The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us.

The beds were a little uncomfortable

It was in a good location for us. we enjoyed the two bedroom option for our family.

The rooms have poor HVAC. We had to have an employee come to check ours when the room would not cool down. They employee was able to get it to work for us but we were advised that if it didn’t work she could only bring us a box fan. There were no other options offered. We knew other guests staying at the property and they had the same issue. The employee could not fix their room and they were only offered a box fan. In our room the carpets were stained and one of the bedspreads was visibly stained.

Everything the rooms, friendly staff, location, showers. The whole facility was excellent it was beautiful
