Water slide was fun

It was weird and uncomfortable having the room window into the hallway and we were by the entrance so there was light and shadows all night. The blinds were not black out so we couldn’t get our room dark. They refused to give us a late checkout. The rooms are tiny and you shouldn’t advertise 2 queen beds when they are clearly double beds. The bathroom was tiny and you couldn’t sit on the toilet and open the door which is hard with kids. Not very family friendly.

the staff were very pleasant, friendly and very informative. Location was great with the mall across the street, the Tim Hortons attached was also a bonus!

we paid for a suite. the suite did not have a kitchenette or full size fridge. it was basically two rooms with a door in between. you had to walk through one room to get to the other. room 107 had the worst mattress I have ever experienced. due to my wife having had surgery the day before we had to leave to find better accommodations. we left around 1 pm. I called the front desk to inform them that we had left, and they could use the room for another customer that night. they immediately told me it’s too late to give you a refund. they did not thank me for letting them know.

I booked this room for the jetted tub & took full advantage of that. I liked the layout of the room & how there was a seating area with a mini fridge & microwave. both were clean. The shower & toilet also seemed very new in comparison to the rest of the room & clean also. bed was very comfortable

The floors/walls/some furniture was very dated. The “bones” of the room could’ve used an upgrade. the room also smelled VERY BAD. Like a mix of sweat, feet, dust, & cigarette smoke. There was also a cleaning person & their cart rolling through the hallway back & forth which started at 7 am & woke us up.

location is great

but having black mold in the room isn’t great. and the second window which is the main window you have to look across the wall to see out so you have to let everyone that walks the hall see into the room

The lounge was very nice! The bartender (Laurel) is a complete angel♡
