The unit was not thoroughly clean. Nobody came to clean or provide towels and bedsheets. I asked for additional toiletries as the provided where not nearly enough and we were denied those. There was a rooster who would wake us up every morning before dusk.

The resort itself is fabulous and well looked after.

The unit itself was something out of circa 1950s lake cabin mode (kitchen cabinets looked like they reclaimed out of the dump). The Murphy bed was barely adequate. The kitchen was very poorly outfitted...(no frying pan... Really? No spatula...really?, couldn 't even make a fried egg). The kitchen table only had wooden folding chairs, the air conditioner sounded like it was on its last legs and wasn't very effective...I could go on. This place needs a major reno and some decent furniture!! We viewed the unit below us and you could see what could be done to make the unit comfortable and pleasant. The unit is substandard and felt cheated paying the amount we paid for the week.

Bit of a walk to the beach. The bed was comfortable. Small patio had a nice view.

Felt like a college dorm. No comfortable furniture. The TV was incomprehensible to operate.

Wir waren in Apartment C504. Die Lage war toll, von Kihei aus erreicht man alles mit dem Auto. Ein kurzer Weg über die Straße bringt einen direkt zum Strand. Im Condonist alles vorhanden, was man dafür benötigt: Strandstühle, Sonnenschirm, Kühlboxen, Bodyboards und vieles mehr! Es gibt sogar eine eigene Waschmaschine und einen Trockner! Der Blick vom Balkon ist wunderbar - links die Berge, rechts der Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer. Das Sofa lässt sich zu einem vollwertigen Bett ausziehen, sodass für unsere dreiköpfige Familie ausreichend Schlafplätze zur Verfügung standen. Die Anlage verfügt über zwei Pools, Tennis und Pickle Ball Felder und ein kostenloser Parkplatz ist Teil der Buchung!

Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Für unseren eigenen Komfort haben wir unseren Sohn im Schlafzimmer einschlafen lassen und mussten ihn dann ins Wohnzimmer auf das Schlafsofa tragen, als wir selbst ins Bett wollten. Doch das war das einzig „unkomfortable“.

We came to volunteer after the wildfires. The location was perfect because we were just a short drive from the beach parks that were set up by the communities on the other side of Lahaina to help those affected by the fires. On days that we did not volunteer, we went to the beach. One very nice beach is directly across the street from this property. In the early evenings, after getting back from volunteering, we would go to the on site swimming pools which were kept very clean. There are a few very good restaurants just a block away and the closest grocery store is only a couple of miles down the road.

This is our first time visiting the island at the end of August into September and the trade winds are strong in the afternoon on this part of the island making the water too rough to swim in later in the day.

The location had great beach access. It was in walking distance to several stores and restaurants.

We paid for a one bedroom apartment but got a studio apartment instead. When I called to have this situation resolved I got the run around. Every person I spoke to just gave me another phone number to call, and I got nowhere.

Good location, price was reasonable

The bedroom needs an air conditioner. The whole place should be on a mini split a/c

newly renovated kitchen and floors and ocean view.

The location of the place is perfect, the place is close to everything you need. I actually like then hotel and the staff were awesome. But the room itself was clean but we had very dirty towels and dirty linen. This was unacceptable. They staff was very helpful solving this matter but it still happend. Shauna the sup was awesome. Also loved that it had two pools with grills. We used the grill often.

Apartment D401 was wonderful! Situated at the end of the corridor it had views of both the sea and the mountains. A short stroll through the beautiful gardens to a wonder beach and a few nice eateries and supermarkets.

That we had to leave and a very 1st world problem....the air con was very loud!

Very clean, good size, cool without need for A/C, nice surprise of cool bag with goodies waiting for us.

I enjoyed the location right in town near the mountains and beach. The facilities were well maintained and the other guests were courteous.

There was construction in the parking lot that made the parking situation complicated. The pillowcases were uncomfotable.

Nice room and friendly staff

The location is excellent! Within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and of course, the beautiful Kamaole Beach directly across the street. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. Check in was seamless and easy.

The mattress was far too soft and this was not good for my back...and one should not have to get out of bed to turn out the light at bedtime. It would be helpful to have a cart available for guests who are not driving to transport their luggage to their room, particularly if they are located, like I was, in the back buildings.

The only positives I can think of are that the kitchen chen was well equipped. Location was good.

Toilet and bath tub were dirty on arrival, bedroom had cobwebs. Spotted multiple insects. Wifi did not work in bedroom. Bedroom faced walkways and was loud at night. A lizard dropped almost over me from the ceiling! Had expired meat left over in the freezer from previous guests!

Location, close to the beach, shops restaurants, condos are good , lawn is maintained great, pool is great.

Mattress in room was terrible, like it was purchased on "garage sell". Dryer not heating.

beautiful views close to everything..but aircon could do with a service..seemed to turn on and off all night..other than that kitchen fab..big fridge..close to shops restaurant's..quiet and very clean! Enjoyed our stay very much.

Aircon not working efficiently.

Great location! perfect for seeing the sunset. They had every small detail down like laundry detergent, bathroom spray, dish soap, mineral sunscreen, bug repellent. It was a spacious place too. also a note book for people to write their experience in hawaii.

There were many bugs. like hundreds, small mosquitos, moths big and small, and random critters too. the bed was a bit too soft.

self catering, which I liked. clean and nice corner room away from the street. too many roosters! Decor needs a bit of an update but it had everything we needed

the staff were not very friendly. parking registration should be online - we arrived very late and because the next day was Christmas we couldn't register our parking. the next day we went diving early and couldn't guarantee we'd be back in time to register the parking. this was stressful and unnecessary as everything else was online. Also, the expectation that I'd cancel my very expensive day of diving to register for parking was ludicrous. It was my whole reason for being in Hawaii. Putting it online would make it easier for everyone.

The view, the location and the overall grounds management was great. The complex the condo is in has a pool and grill for use. They light torches nightly and the landscaping was flawless. The condo itself has an amazing view from the balcony. It's a very nice place to stay and was a highlight on our trip.

This property is managed by Vacasa and they had an issue. They contacted me just before I boarded my plane from the main land and put me into another place for the first night of my trip. After a couple of phone calls and one night in a lesser property, we were able to get into this property. It turned out there was an issue with a carpet cleaning. Vacasa was very respectful and went above and beyond to rectify the situation, including giving me a partial refund. While the issue was inconvenient, Char at Vacasa took control of the situation and got everything resolved for me. There was also some thoughtful gifts left in the unit for check in once we were able to get in.

this picture is not the unit we got! the unit 107D was poorly cleaned, poorly appointed, very old, full of owners junk, really bad sofa bed, terrible pillows, of the 3 beach chairs 2 were so uncomfortable was better to sit in the sand, only 3 instead of 4, one decent tommy Bahamas chair. All cupboards and closets were full of owners belongings. air conditioner sounded like a plane trying to take off, flashing blue light on hood fan was annoying, only 2 chairs on patio, entrance hall was very dark, not enough lounge chair at closets pool. tennis court was not open, bathroom had drywall stuck on with duck tape, tub looked like it was going to fall apart, not appealing for a bath. shower was okay. unit was the furthest unit from the beach.
