Just far enough from town to be in a quiet area. Zero traffic sounds from the near by interstate.
The bathroom was a 7 out of 10 for cleanliness.

Breakfast choices was very good. Hotel was clean and the staff was very attentive to our needs. Beds are very comfortable with lots of pillows!
Room doors close very loud. We could hear the family in the adjoining room which usually is acceptable, however, not at 6:15 in the morning! Seems there’s no noise barrier or adequate sound-proofing between rooms. We did run the room fan all night to help drown out some of the guest foot traffic noise in the hallway. Because this property is conveniently located near all the family-friendly tourist attractions, you should expect there will be a lot of families with young children staying here.

Location
Chlorine in pool was at an unsafe level. Booked this hotel specifically for the pool with 4 kids ( we booked two adjoining rooms). Couldn’t even stay in the pool area because my eyes were completely blood shot and burning after 5 minutes. Kids were leaving crying :( I complained to the staff there who were dismissive and could not have cared less. Could hear every footstep above us - all 459 dogs staying here barking etc etc. just skip this hotel

Location was great. Hotel was clean with a fully stocked hot chocolate bar.
Very noisy, people running in hallways. We had teenagers doing ding Dong ditch a couple times the first night. Breakfast was extremely average. Water pressure was very low in shower.

Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was offered in the morning but we did not take advantage of it. Great additional options such as a gym, pool etc. Very nice place to stay.

Breakfast was not good. Wish the hotel had a proper restaurant.
Pool on the first day had to much chemicals in it, burned the children eyes. Found out later they had only shocked the pool they morning we arrived, wish they had let us know. It’s dangerous to go in a pool right after it’s treated supposed to wait at least 8 hours.

The hotel was clean and the location was great. Shame there was no bar or restaurnat
I just had one issue. the pool has way to much chlorine. they shocked the pool one day and didnt close it and my 6 year old eyes were stung out of her head and my niece's tongue went numb.. Not good.

Great varied breakfast with 4 hour window. Plenty of time to go back for an extra muffin or cup of coffee as you’re preparing to check out. Really generous with the food which is so helpful with kids.

Staff was always smiling and asking if you needed anything. The women who cleaned were excellent. The staff down stairs were very friendly. I enjoyed the pool , the gym and tea and the fireplace in the afternoon.
