Staff tried to act polite was ended up being scammy ! I'd never stay there again and would tell everyone to never stay there.

The old building was kind of cute. The sheets on the bed were clean.

The staff failed to tell me I'd have to wait until 12 p.m. on the next day to get my $100 cash back. It was actually a surprise that we needed to leave a $100 CASH deposit in the first place. We expected to leave Vegas as soon as possible the next morning and got stuck there until noon. The nighttime staff was friendly, but the daytime lady was rude and inattentive. Apparently, the owner of the hotel was there and he was actually rude to me too. (One of the residents told me he was the owner). In fact, the hotel also functions as a rehab housing kind of situation. A very nice resident explained the situation to me and my spouse. Lastly, there was a cockroach in our room, and parts of the bathroom were not properly cleaned. I would never go there again.

The room was not clean. The lights in the hotel room were dim so that you wouldnt know the room was dirty. I had to clean the toilet just to be able to use it. I waited to get home the next day to take a shower and the sheets were stained.

Great clean room. All new furniture and fixtures. Truly an oasis in the desert.

This property should not be in your site. I usually book the best hotels through you. As the photo looked ok, I though it is ok for my business trip. Dirty very shaggy office front, checking at 3pm on the dot regardless some rooms were ready were my first bad first impressions. Furniture in the room looked like collected from an alley. (discarded ones) Mattress was slanting as it is worn out. I have some photos to sent to you if you lie. The stay wasted my time. No table to do any office work
