I liked that the staff were friendly and helpful. Property was clean with comfortable beds.

The water in the pool was cool

The standout feature for me was the breakfast – it was exceptional. The variety and quality of the food on offer were top-notch, ensuring a great start to each day. Nick s restaurant is close and awesome.

The indoor pool, although a nice facility, was uncomfortably cold, which was a bit of a letdown. Another aspect that needs attention is the elevator system. It was not very efficient. This occasionally caused some inconvenience. There is some noise from the train station that is in front too.

Location

Breakfast would be better if it was available earlier. Many of our skaters had to be at the Oval for warm-up before breakfast was open.

Breakfast wasn’t early enough for what we needed.

The hotel is good. We asked for some cutlery the first night for our breakfast and they were very helpful. Rooms are nice, and the doors don’t squeak.
