clean rooms, safe location

no breakfast or free coffee

I was charged for breakfast every day. And I had paid for it when I booked room

modern and clean room, friendly staff, I felt safe during my stay.

the location isn’t great, if you don’t like to drive everywhere during your trip. But if o you don’t mind driving, it’s fine.

Did not use

I was so very disappointed when I arrived after a long flight from NYC. When I got to the hotel, I was told that I would have to pay $200 PER DAY for incidentals. I was told to find another HOTEL. NOT GOOD.

very clean and front desk staff was friendly good distance from everything quiet

no microwave in room or on the floors had to go to front desk every time to heat things up and no ice machine on floor had to front desk and get ice in a mini trash bag and take it to room and put bag in sink because I had nothing to put it in

Since we had to pay for a breakfast we went somewhere else.

I couldn't believe we had to pay for parking in the lot that was owned by the hotel. I never heard of such a thing.

Bed was hard

One of the reasons that we chose to stay here was because this hotel had an on site Starbucks. However, when we arrived and we asked when they opened, the front desk informed us that it was not really a Starbucks and that we could only get black coffee. They offered to have a person who worked at the hotel try and make a specialty drink for us because there was no one from Starbucks who actually worked there. No thanks! If Starbucks is offered, that what the customers should get! Also, when waiting for an elevator, they should provide seating because yes, it takes that long!!
