Love this hotel. Can't wait to come back - very nice and comfortable. The pool, breakfast and happy hour were great!! The staff was wonderful!!

Estavamos em 4, 1 casal e 2 crianças de 13 e 16 anos. O quarto era muito pequeno, o banheiro mínimo, a pia não tinha nem uma bancada para colocar a escova de dente. O corredor do quarto era mmuito proximo a cozinha, o cheiro era horrível, de produto de limpeza 24hrs. A arrumação do quarto era a cada 3 dias, nosso quarto ficou imundo.

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. De locatie is super, op loopafstand van het strand en Ocean Drive. De kamer was basic maar erg netjes en comfortabel. We hebben genoten van ons welkomstdrankje en lekkere ontbijt.

Het duurt 3 dagen voordat roomservice naar je kamer komt, waardoor bijvoorbeeld afval zich opstapelt. Een tip is om wel dagelijks afval op te halen (wij reizen met een baby dus hadden dit wel nodig). Jammer ook dat je niet rustig om je balkon kon zitten vanwege het harde geluid (van de airco's?).

Zu teuer, Preis Leistung nicht ganz stimmig! Room Service kommt erst nach dem dritten Tag und nur nach Aufforderung. Frühstück war immer das gleiche, alle zwei Tage im Wechsel. Gar kein Gemüse nur deftiges Essen. Bisschen Obst das war’s, für Vegetarier schon sehr schwierig. Positiv: haben das Hotel gewählt weil man hier auf dem Balkon rauchen darf. Das Zimmer mit Balkon was wir hatten war an sich echt ok, aber der Balkon geht zum Hinterhof raus. Ziemlich enger Hof wohin alle Fenster hinaus ragen. Jedes dieser Zimmer hatte eine eigene Klimaanlage welche dann die heiße Kondenswasser/Luft in den Hof blas. Dementsprechend teilweise nicht aushaltbar, Miami hat eh schon überwiegend über 80% LF bei über 30 Grad. Wasserdruck ziemlich schlecht! Leider sind wir in Europa andere Standards gewöhnt. Plus Punkt war klar die Lage und auch die Klimaanlage die gut steuerbar war. Pool war auch gut.

3 min walk to the beach. Excellent location. Bars and clubs around the site in walking distance. The staffs are well-trained and responsive. It's also nice to have beach towels every day.

The housekeeping cleaning works are great. However, it seems like they are not examining the furniture et al on a regular basis. For example, one of the lamps was dead, the switchers of the lamps were broken, the light bulb on the ceiling was blinking, the toilet makes a loud noise long after use, the door stuck to the degree that I have to push with my shoulder to open or close, also, there are some scratches on the floor. The staffs are friendly and get things fixed quickly, but I am tired of repeatedly asking them to fix things because there are so many!

Location!

Location was good, however noisy at times. There was a loot of noise during the night from other guests as they got i n early hours of the morning and there was smell of smoke in the building. The room had a few faults which were reported, side table/ side board had some marks on before our stay. The bathroom shower did not work properly. Overall the room needed to be clean everyday as there were mosguitos and the room was dusty on the first day. The hotel passageway and rooms are outdated and the hotel needs a complete mekeover. The breakfast was virtually the same everyday and not very tasty!

Our flight was canceled and made earlier by the airline and we had to leave early so we had to miss the breakfast which I heard was really good!!!

i booked the President hotel with a balcony and got a room in the Penguin hotel without balcony! the room never got cleaned even though I requested a cleaning several times, stuff didn‘t even bother. wouldn‘t come back!

The President Hotel may not be located directly on the beach, but guests can easily reach it as it's just around the corner. The hotel features a serene saltwater pool on the rooftop, which offers a scenic view of the sky. The staff, particularly Henry at the front desk, were accommodating and hospitable. Moreover, the breakfast served in the morning was scrumptious, with a wide range of options available.

I have a minor issue regarding the fragrance used in the hotel lobby and rooms. It is quite unpleasant and causes nausea. I suggest opting for a more subtle fragrance instead.

My housekeeper was amazing. Upset that the pool was not open even thou the sun was out.

This hotel is absolutely convenient situated. All the shops, restaurants, and the beach just a stone's throw away. The breakfast here is absolutely delicious. The rooms are clear and provide a peaceful retreat.

Breakfast was great. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The room next to ours was under construction and was loud. The windows are way too thin we could hear all the street noise, cars and loud music all night. The shower took too long to warm up and our bathroom light didnt work. The bar was often left unattended for long periods of time.
