Aardig personeel die ons goed op weg holp en fijn zwembad. Kamer was ook modern. Locatie was dichtbij het strand en verschillende restaurants.

Weinig faciliteiten voor het strand. Als vakantieganger zit je tussen de zakenmensen wat niet echt fijn aanvoelt. Koffie is alleen maar kort in de ochtend beschikbaar. Het barretje bij het hotel is ongezellig.

Great Location close to the beach and to the SoFi area. Great Rooftop pool and many great restaurants in walking distance.

Room not completely soundproof, so you sometimes get noise from adjacent Rooms and from Washington Avenue.

Great king suite size room

Room right outside elevator and restaurant - every time elevator came up and down loud noise. Loud music outside window played until midnight and then someone played for a moment in the early morning and woke us all up. And then it went off….Aye! Property was nice, would stay again but in different room;)

Que cobran un parking aparte, mas tasas de aseo fuera del precio pagado y eso no es claro en el momento de hacer la reserva.

The room was large and comfortable. The location of my room was good, but next time I will choose one closer to the front of the building. It was in walking distance to the beach and ocean drive. The staff was amazing, courteous and professional.

L'emplacement était génial, 5 minutes de la plage. Des fontaines à eau à disposition à chaque étage. La décoration de la chambre était sympa.

Il n’y avait pas de fitness (à part une salle de sport pour du personal training dans le bâtiment d'en face). Les prises pour charger ne fonctionnaient pas correctement. Les finitions basiques (matériaux entrée de gamme) . Une douche suspendue sans pommeau. Manque de machine à café dans la chambre.

indien je een kamer krijgt toegewezen in het gebouw waar de incheck is heb je een prima verblijf met een mooie ruime schone kamer( hadden we 2 weken eerder)

we kregen nu een kamer in het bijgebouw. In 1 woord samen te vatten; "dramatisch" de kamer rook niet fris. gedateerd. met 2 bedden zo volgepropt dat je de gordijnen niet dicht kon doen. Ook het apijt op de gang was versleten en rook niet fris.

Mooi en schoon hotel. Perfecte locatie aan Washington avenue, op loopafstand van strand, ocean drive, collins avenue, ed. Lekker rooftop zwembad. Veel beter kun je niet zitten.

- De hele dag nauwelijks schaduw op roofrop, ook niet dmv parasols. Daar zouden ze iets voor moeten verzinnen, want op een gegeven moment is het niet meer te doen. - Je mag op de rooftop niet op 1 van de brede strandbedden liggen tenzij je minimaal $150 aan eten/drinken besteed. Dat is dan een zogenoemde cabana. Tuurlijk joh. Het staat nergens vermeld, maar het werd ons door een (in onze ogen erg onsympathieke) medewerker medegedeeld. - Medewerkers staan de hele dag langs de kant van het zwembad te koekeloeren, want ze hebben nauwelijks iets anders te doen. - Op z'n Amerikaans bieden ze alleen valet parking voor $40 per dag. Er is echter op 7th street om de hoek (nog geen 2 min lopen) een prima garage voor $20 per dag. Ik snap niet waarom ze dat (ook) niet aanbieden/vermelden. Ik heb als Europeaan echt een hekel aan valet. Niet alleen vanwege de kosten, maar ook omdat ik gewoon geen vreemde in m'n auto wil.

This is a beautiful hotel for the price. Staff is very helpful and onsite restaurant is lovely.

We were in the annex building where the restaurants is located. The restaurant is fantastic but getting up the your room, you have to walk through the restaurant to get the elevator or stairs. I wish we would have been in the main building.

Nothing, especially their staff were not professional, nor did the management even cared to hold their employees accountable. After I checked in, I did not like the hotel so I wanted to cancel. The reception staff first offered full refund and after I completed the cancellation on Booking, he said his manager did not accept!! So I ended up with paying a cancellation fee!

The property does not have an entrance or even a sign that you can see from the street.

The vibe and comfort

Location was amazing, facilities were great, decor was fab, they offer complimentary wine in the lobby 4-5pm every night!

The bathroom door didn’t have a lock.

We were put on the ‘old side’ of the hotel where the rooms literally look nothing like the room you think you are getting from the photos online which are of course taken from the new side of the hotel. Felt completely scammed. Staff were also rude at check in and lied to us multiple times. Hotel manager partially refunded our stay and was very apologetic which helped somewhat but agreed it was a ridiculous situation to be not advertising the old side of the hotel appropriately on platforms like this.

Staff were awesome, so friendly and amazing with my family and my medical needs.

Perfect location , so many shops and restaurants around the area. Must try cafe bastille for breakfast! It’s two blocks away from south beach 🏝️ love the rooftop pool and the happy hour (free wine ) at 4pm everyday

Ich hätte dort ganz gerne mal gefrühstückt aber es gab keinen Tarif mit Frühstück. Und Frühstück stand auch nicht auf der Karte des dazugehörigen Restaurants

The room and the reception staff on day of check out. Room was located in separate building, no lift and incredibly noisy. No sleep for two nights.

La localisation par rapport à la plage

L’hôtel est annoncé comme étant un 4 étoiles. Cependant ce qui n’est pas dit c’est qu’il y a une partie neuve et ancienne. La dernière partie ne correspond pas à un 4 étoiles du sol au plafond pourtant il n’y a pas de distinction de prix.

Good pool facilities.

Tired rooms, very old showers for example.

Everything was nice and clean the staff were very attentive and accommodating. The room was spacious and had everything we needed.

The walls are very thin and you can hear all the sounds from the street and the hallway. It was not a big problem for me but be aware if you’re a light sleeper.

- fuer USD 1.400,— / 2 Naechte, ein lousy Zimmer im Annex bekommen. auf unseren request nach einem anderen Zimmer hiess es, es sei nichts frei … wir waren nach einem Langstreckenflug zu uebermuedet, um zu streiten. Receptionists impolite und unkooperativ. In der Nacht wurde ich krank, niemand war hilfsbereit. Ein grauenvoller Platz ! (Wir haben leider oft die Erfahrung gemacht dass man bei einer Buchung mit booking.com schlechte Zimmer bekommt !)

Serviço sumiu meu AirPods que estava sendo localizado na área do hotel e não me devolveram, serviço de arrumação muito ruim, valor alto da diária.

It was my husband's birthday and the hotel gifted us a bottle of Champagne, some crackers and tapenade and an art book. That was very nice and we appreciated the thoughtfulness. We stayed on the suite side this time. We always enjoy the location and access to the beach. We liked the art basel events next door and the tastings from the cocktail company. We liked our balcony and our late checkout. Texting with the front desk was efficient.

Our room was cold. Our room layout was weird. This was our first time staying on the suite side. We didn't understand the point of the water bottles if we couldn't take them. We would have loved better access to ice. The front desk agent said we would have to bring the bucket to the front desk. The next night the front desk agent said they would bring us the ice. The design of the suite was awkward. One day for lunch we grabbed lunch from somewhere across the street and decided to eat by the pool but outside of the hotels restaurant. We were informed we had to move even though literally no one was eating there. Another front desk person informed us that there were chairs on the beach however when we went to the beach we were told that Kimpton doesn't have chairs or a contract for them with the company. So we had to pay for chairs.

Zeer mooi en proper hotel. Je kan gratis fietsen krijgen om Miami beach te verkennen. Mooi en groot zwembad.

Op zaterdag is er aan het hotel aan de overkant van de straat een pool party van 12u00 tot 18u00 waardoor de muziek aan het zwembad verstoord werd

Lovely new hotel, rooftop pool with bar was great and had a great view, location was so convenient we walked everywhere including to the beach, the hotel was stylish and had free coffee in the mornings and a cute lobby bar. Loved using the rooftop pool. The rooms have nice balconies which I appreciated and we made good use of. Really liked staying here, would stay here again.

The bathroom door was a sliding door that didn't seal, so be aware of that. Also the price was very good since I shared the room with friends but it's a bit pricey if you're staying on your own.
