Clean room but small for the price.

The staff and front desk customer service were poorly trained. They spent more time talking with eachother and less paying attention to the hotel customers. The valets spoke broken English so communication was challenging. The general manager and front desk manager were hopeless at resolving our problem with our lost car key. I had to suggest they contact the valet employee to see if he'd taken the car key home after his shift, which he had. I then had to ASK for a credit on the $50 overnight parking fee and ask for coffee while we waited for 1hr to get our car at which point, we'd missed out appointment. The staff lacked customer service training and how to deal with frustrated customers; they behaved as if ignoring the problem was the best course of action and seemed more concerned with themselves and had complete indifference to the situation. I have travelled to hundreds of hotels around the world and this is at the BOTTOM of my list with customer experience. I would NEVER recommend anyone stay here, it's overpriced, understaffed, and the staff who do work there are under trained. Horrible experience!

Loved the location. The room was clean and comfortable.

This place has the perfect location, near restaurant, shops, cafes and Georgetown University.

The “hotel cologne” fragrance in the lobby smells terrible, like an old musky man. It’s actually horrible.

Front desk was not welcoming when contacted about check in procedures and mobile key. The tone was rude. When checking in the front desk receptionist was worried about the customer next to me requesting a different room even though they were being attended by another front desk receptionist than providing me information during my check in.
