I didn’t like how pushy the checkin staff was

Lots of different pools, restaurants and things to do. Large kitchen in the room

Air conditioner in the unit was VERY loud. Even with sound machines on it could be heard. Twice we had cleaning staff walk in unannounced, once while changing. The front desk was very apologetic and tried to remedy the situation but felt a little uneasy.

I was told via phone from the room that I could check out a day earlier, she said not problem, I will make a note on your account, you will refund within 5 to 7 days of checkout. Next morning, I check out, front desk says their is no note, but when she sends the checkout date to booking.com it will be adjusted. Ask for a receipt, she could only print a scrambled copy, she said it would be emailed. I checked no email, she then said it will be emailed tomorrow, I said why I'm checking out today, she said it shows that on the account, still no receipt or refund for the last day that I did not stay.

Very spacious and the suite has everything you need for family stay, including washer/dryer and full-equipped kitchen.

AC is noisy and the toilet runs water for a long period.

Everything about the place was excellent.
