The hotel is very dated and need an overhaul, but out bedroom/bathroom was very nice and clean . My only complaint is a $10 daily charge for extras ie bottled water , whether you order them or not and NO FOOD including breakfast is available at this hotel

A éviter. Les chambres sont vétustes, limite propre, le fauteuil initialement beige est grisâtre de saleté. Les cartes magnétiques pour rentrer dans la chambre se démagnétisent en permanence et j’ai dû descendre tous les soirs pour refaire faire une carte et parfois plusieurs fois par jour. Le personnel est vraiment limite aimable, on a l’impression d’être dans une administration quand on s’adresse à l’accueil, aucun service, aucun sens commercial. Bref, à éviter.

I hadn’t met a member of the front desk who wasn’t condescending and rude. They also talk loudly to each other about personal matters (not interested in hearing about their school/classes…) while “helping” you. If you ask a neutral question, be prepared for sarcasm and an attitude. Also, there is a strange smell in the lobby and gnats.

Justin at the front desk was a sweetheart. Very kind and professional as well as the doormen.

The hotel smelt like mildew as soon as you walked in. I paid for a double bed queen room they upgraded me without me knowing to a king bed and a couch … for 4 girls a mess 500 dollars to stay one night and can’t even sleep comfortable we asked to switch nothing was available. Also to use the wifi u needed to pay for it never heard of that before anywhere I’ve stayed it’s always been included.

Staff were great and very helpful. The room was perfect for us, with plenty of space. New York prices are all high so value is relative, but I thought for the price this was a good option. It's in a more residential area so was quiet at night and had lots of dining options nearby for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Clean, comfy, our room has a nice kitchenette, with sink, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, silverware, plates and bowls. A/C works great, specially it was summer, crank it down to 70 to cool you down after walking around town.

Nothing much, the façade is under construction, it has scaffolding so you can’t appreciate the beauty of the building.

Central for walking everywhere and the room was tidy yet practical and provided everything we needed. After walking all day we slept well in a comfy bed.

There is no bar, lounge or breakfast area. All this is closed down and outside is full of scaffolding.

The room wasn’t that clean it had hairs all over the bathroom and stains on the bathroom door. They didn’t clean our room they completely forgot. The staff was ok nothing very friendly except for the porter man he was very nice.

Restaurants first floor closed, bar closed small entrance, room air conditioning broke, not very clean

we stayed over night for our baby moon, expecting our first daughter, and they had baby gifts, gifts for mom, and extra slippers and bathrobes to make sure my wife and myself were happy and healthy during our stay! will definitely recommend this hotel and will book it for ourselves in the future!

n/a. definitely recommend doing the valet service. it is worth the money, as they bring the car to you whenever you need it

Could not think anything about breakfast as no restaurant. Last time we stayed there was a restaurant. A little disappointed this time round as we travelled from England. Think hotel is a bit dated for the prices.

Doorman and porters very helpful. Other than that not a lot more you can say.
