The staff was very helpful and kind. He professionally accommodated with whatever was needed in the room and with our stay there.

They don't serve coffee and that's a huge minus of their services. They also don't have a chair or sofa in the front office for customers to sit on while waiting. I was thinking that it was because of its location. The property is nice and clean, but the location of this property is not in a good area. It's surrounding has a lot of homeless people lingering around. And gang activities.

Excellent location close to the metro and walkable to local bars and restaurants. Friendly staff at the check in desk, we were offered our pick of two rooms.

A strange smell in the room.

The spa bathtub was nice

The bathroom drain didn't drain to good and the ice machine ran out of ice

didn't like anything it was an over price place.

Rooms are in bad conditions, to much noise from other rooms, bed with bad odors, no iron, tv didn't work good and area is really bad. Need to be more things available like iron, towels and toilet paper,

it was mostly clean

The mattress was awful. There was a spa in the room but there was no hot water to use it and no hot water when you took a shower. Then someone had parked behind my car so I had a very hard time getting out.

Room ac worked well .

We found two spiders in the bed and one small roach in the bathroom .

Love how friendly the staff is pretty sure he’s the owner he’s always nice and cares for the guest.

I always book here and never have complaints but they must’ve hired a new cleaner who didn’t do a good job cleaning the floors were dirty and also the shower and jacuzzi.
