Nice garden, pool and hot tub, very clean.

We use this hotel every time we go to Gibsons, the hotel was small but clean plus affordable. The location is also good with several restaurants within 5-10 minute walk.

1. No bottled water in the room. Even the vending machine ran out of beverages. It's true that you can get water from the faucet but remember that there are people who have sensitive stomach especially in a new place. This maybe something to add on your amenities. At least have the vending machine packed with drinks! 2. Usually the staff in this hotel are friendly and accommodating, but the Asian girl who was on duty on the night of November 25th was rude. I think she is not happy with what she's doing. Being at the front line, customer service is a must. She was not helpful at all when we were inquiring about the water and showed no willingness to help. I would understand if there are many customers at the counter but there was only me and my daughter inquiring. It even took her more than 5 minutes to come out of the staff room. Well, maybe I bothered her sleep that's why she seemed grumpy attending to us.

I like the make up remove wraps that the hotel prepare. It's very useful for me as I forgot to bring my own..

Booked room for just 1 night w/o breakfast, surprisingly we've got simple breakfast down at the lobby and can sit nicely in the garden to enjoy it!

Comfy and central to local amenities. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Gorgeous gardens to relax in too.

Room and pool

We loved the outdoor garden. The room was spacious and airy.

The room was exceptionally clean and if not recently renovated, it certainly appeared so. I was thankful to be able to go grab some fruit and a muffin at breakfast, something the other motels I stayed at in Gibsons had not provided. The inner courtyard was just delightful and a perfect place to read a book among the trees. I will definitely return.

Honestly, I liked everything.
