1. Different Restaurants nearby

1. The room is very old. 2. I sent an email asking about the shuttle buses to Disney and Universal Studio before departure, and the Hotel replied that there were no shuttle bus services. However, I found that the hotel has a shuttle service every day to Disney and Universal when we arrive. It makes us quite confused. 3. The housekeeping is not the full set service. The beds had not been made.

Close to the Theme parks nice pool and jacuzzi outside. The staff were very nice 👍

It was close to Disney and inexpensive

The room was very dirty. Our sheets had dirt and hair on them. The floors weren’t vacuumed. The tub was gross and there was stuff left over from other guests in the bathroom. It took housekeeping two hours to bring new sheets and they wouldnt clean anything.

Great staff, price, breakfast buffet was good

Value for the location and accommodations are as very good.

El baño a pesar de ser grande estaba un poco sucio, la habitación antigua, necesita una remodelación en muebles, la alfombra apestaba a sucio y humedad, pero lo más fuerte fue el aire, sonaba demasiado cuando encendía y no se sentía el frío demasiado de mucha calor, necesitan cambiar las unidades o aire central, pedí cambio de cuarto pero está full. Me alojé en la 2da torre.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable and our had an excellent view and location was definitely on point!!! And I definitely stay here anytime I'm vacationing in the area! Would be nice to get promotional prices if they were available 😀

The staff was nice but everything needed TLC.

Dirty and gross. Found blood on my “ clean “ towels. Everything was super run down and old. The pictures vs what the hotel looks like in person are not even close for being the same place.

The staff went Above and beyond for our stay when requesting items they brought even more than we requested just in case. Even the security guard went out of his way to search the hotel for plates and didn't give up untill he got me one. Very kind!

The front desk girl Sabrina wasn't very friendly she ran in the back as soon as I came in no smiles no greeting just a sour puss face. I've worked front desk in Orlando for 16 years she looks like she was fed up of her job. Ivan on the other hand was kind and explained everything throughly and clicked on the check points of what a front desk agent should be.

The breakfast was ok and the beds were comfortable. The room was very cool which I like.

I booked a room with a balcony. When we got to our room it did not have one. So I called down to the front desk and told the girl the issue and she tells me, "well you didn't book a balcony room and we don't have any". Now at this point I'm confused because I only book balcony rooms, I knew for a fact I booked a balcony room, and I was also staring at my booking that said balcony included. So she keeps telling me they have no other room to move me to. They were far from completely booked. I tell her I booked a balcony room and that needs to be accommodated. So she then says oh well I can move you to the other building but those rooms aren't updated and renovated yet. I told her to just forget it and ended the call. She was completely rude and for her to tell me the customer that I did not book something that I knew I booked and wouldn't even look before she spoke.

The rooms were clean. I love the shampoo conditioner and body watch built in shower . The staff was amazing and the breakfast was yummy.
