Very dirty rooms, power outage, window was unable to be opened, bad service and quality.

Good for the price. And excellent location. I always stay there because of the pricing and i only use it to sleep, nothing else. And also it is centrical to all places when you visit the parks.

The hotel was very dirty and none of the lights worked and the floor was covered in hair, it was even in the little fridge. #717, they moved us to #543, room was still not perfect but tried to make it work, bathtub leaks and got floor completely wet, each and everytime it was used, shower or bath. Toilet ran steady. The carpet is really Gross and the walls had a layer of dust on them. Rust in the microwave Don't forget about the water, there is no regulator on the hot water, it burned the bottom of my feet while trying to get the water on in the tub and the sink burned our hands a few times too, and Housekeeping is steadily screaming from about 8am till about 2pm, the hours I need to sleep, I work late night shift. Since we just moved here we had to put the children in school, since the school called to check on if we stayed there, we were told that we had to check out and now being barred from ever coming back to the Seralago and we weren't even there for the 28 day limit. But barred forever?? Wow I have visited Kissimmee Florida many times and have stayed there due to it being cheaper than most and the buses to Disney are a big help when you don't want to drive. But to Ban a family from staying there every other week and just trying to be a good parent and follow the society rules for education we get barred. Many other hotels are the same way but I guess they don't care about their guests,it's all just about the money. Everytime we have stayed there, we have been moved to a better room due to the overwhelming issues in the one we we're given first, Our first week at the hotel we we're given a room upstairs in the area close to housekeeping base, two of my daughters woke up with multiple bites all over their face and body.

Pas très propre on a du lavez le plancher nous même parce que on collais partout , on a du être changer de chambre , la première pas de chauffage et le plafond coulais , la deuxième le plafond coulais , et la troisième sais la toilette qui fonctionnais pas bien , il affichais des bar et restaurent dans le lobby sa fais plusieurs mois que sa jamais ouvert , je suis très stressé déçu

Carpet muito sujo, chega até ser grudento. Por sorte não encontramos nenhum bicho indesejado dentro do quarto. Cheiro de xixi nos corredores/escada do hotel. Quarto com cheiro forte de mofo. Várias manchas alaranjadas pelo quarto e banheiro. Uma pena o hotel estar nesse estado, tem tudo para dar certo mas está mal administrado.

Móveis todos velhos, porta do banheiro caindo aos pedaços, fiquei preso trancado e levaram mais de 30 min para me tirarem. Não limparam os quartos e nem arrumaram as camas.

Everything. I'm rating this place after I paid and lost $65 for one night, and didn't even get to stay there. Plus we were in 3 different rooms, all of them has black mold.

We always have a great time. The hotel was very accommodating.

Someone turned in a hotel Key that was with our room number on it even though I had both of my keys so the hotel staff checked us out when we were still in the room. It was a little concerning that there was another key to the room that we had no idea about.

The location is in a good place

They had roaches in the first room i had and the exit door you had to lift and push in to open and close the door. Thats why they changed my room but the second room was just as bad. The room smell there was water dripping from the ceiling in 4 different place and one of the drips was under the bed. The microwave was burn inside and the bathroom had rust. The beds are very hard. The only reason I stay because it was cheaper then the other hotels I'm on a budget in one of the pictures you see the water drip. I feel the way the rooms are you still paid to much money

Run down old. Dirty ,no maid service just unacceptable for a 100$ day hotel. Horrible experience, we checked out and got a new hotel.

it was right next to the amusement park . the staff was great .

the room wasn’t all that clean, bathroom didn’t have no wash cloths , it was hair in the shower .

The A/C was cold.

The rm was nasty, the carpet looked like it had blood on it, couldn't walk in the rm without shoes, TV wouldn't work, they traded it out 3x, I will not suggest this hotel especially for kids, it isn't fit for kids, ice machines only work in the office so if you are handicap you are screwed because they don't have housekeeping staff on weekends and it is posted if you stay and need accommodations you have to request in advanced, I requested a rm behind office due to handicap was denied, Seralogo is horrible half the plug-ins didn't wrk, signs were posted on our door to move our car due to parking lot being fixed if not it would be towed, BAD MANAGEMENT, POORLY RUN AND SUPPOSE TO BE FOR KIDS, THIS IS SAD
