Everything! It was a beautiful, well maintained property in every way. Pool area was exceptionally spacious and clean, with lots of room to relax. Lots of good food opportunities also. Units are perfect.

It was clean. Rooms were comfortable. Pool area was very nice.

There should be more umbrellas at the pool due to heat. There should also be water stations around the pool to get water. The only place was at the bar which was a long walk if you were on the other side of the pool. Our room had a broken whirlpool and it was clear that they knew about it as the knob was sitting on top. Check in time says 4pm and our room was not ready when we arrived at 5:30 and we were told they didn’t know when it would be ready. Finally the manager said he would upgrade us to a 2 bedroom, which was nice of him but it took some complaining. The room smelled musty when we walked in, but didn’t complain as we were so tired. It got better as we stayed longer:

I loved the location of the pool, and the fact my room was at the end of the hallway near the exit. The air conditioner worked great and my kids enjoyed the pool.

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that people drove in the middle of the parking lot instead of driving to one side so others could drive too.

Everything was beautiful and well maintained - the pool area was exceptional. We would definately stay here again and will look at similar facilities at other destinations.

We require handicap parking and there were minimal spaces available. Often non-handicap people parked in the spots - not your fault - you can't help people being inconsiderate and self-absorbed.

Medewerkers waren heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer was royaal.

De kamer was niet helemaal proper en er zat nog was in de wasmachine. Ook bleef er telkens wel een licht branden na het poetsen.

Everything about the resort was amazing

When we walked in our room for the first time it had a smell of wet dog and that was pretty much there for the whole trip but other than that I had an amazing time

Very big and comfortable rooms, all renovated. My second time, after almost 10 years. I would definitely stay again with my family. The location it’s very good, 15 minutes to Disney parks and near markets and outlets.

The cleaning was made every other day, and they changed the sheets once in ten days. That’s was not clear on the reservations. The cleaning was one of the reasons I chose a hotel instead of renting an apartment.
